I tried to give them my business. I tried really hard. Typically, I won't even purchase items without price-tags on them because I don't think businesses should make it difficult for me to give them my money.

My fiancé called and asked if they'd cater a small event for us, planning to order AT LEAST 200-400 tacos. The employee talked to my fiancé for a while, confirmed that they do catering quite regularly and would deliver as well. After a long conversation, nothing was accomplished and we were told that the owner, Antonio would call us back the next day. That never happened. Regardless, we were basically told that it could be done and we just needed to finalize with the owner...so we made no other plans...for food...at our wedding...which is now 15 days away.

One week later, I decided to call back myself. I really wanted them to cater because they have(/had) nothing but 4 & 5 star ratings online. Unfortunately, these ratings pertain little, if not at all, to customer service...or even basic courtesy. The employee who answered the phone told me that I would have to speak to the owner and to call back after 5pm that day, since that's usually when he works.

After 5pm, I had my fiancé call back. A female employee answered, told him the owner wasn't there, and then hung up on him.

That's when we gave up. Please, we tried to throw hundreds and hundreds of dollars at them and got nowhere. I would've tried one more time; however, I realized that the employees who couldn't manage to get the first step of taking an order, or relaying a message, or simply NOT hanging up on customers...would be the same people making these tacos. No thanks. I can't even get them to take my money, what makes me think they'd actually deliver a quality product on top of that, or even follow...

We are staying outside Athens and wanted to find a place to eat. This place had good reviews so we checked it out. It is just a normal restaurant inside , nothing special. We were greeted right away and sat. The waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices here are ridiculously good. I got 3 cheesy sour cream enchiladas, rice and beans and 2 tacos for $12. Great customer service and quick service but the food is not good in my opinion. I got the #10 and #14... I thought chili renos were fried and everything inside the pepper, these are like baked peppers layered with beef and the beef is not seasoned. The sour cream enchiladas is made with boiled meat, the texture is awful and I’ve never had boil chicken in any Mexican enchiladas from any authentic place.
