My family and I were traveling from Michigan to Florida on May 27 when we stopped at one of your Georgia locations. My wife, who is vegan, purchased a smoothie and a sealed container of your Cheezy Kale Chips.

About an hour later, she opened the container and discovered a long blond hair inside. Understandably, we did not turn around, but she immediately attempted to contact the store to inform someone. She called multiple times, left voicemails, and even tried reaching your corporate office—again, with no answer or return call.

Approximately a week and a half later, after returning from Florida, we tried again to call both the store and your corporate office. Still, we could not get anyone to answer or return our calls. We checked my wife's voice mail - nothing from Arden's Garden.

On our drive back to Michigan, we stopped again at the same store with the original package (still containing the blond hair). The store clerk acknowledged the issue but stated he didn’t know how to process a refund.

While the hair in the product was unpleasant, our primary concern is the complete lack of response and accountability from both the store and your corporate office. We expected better from a company that promotes health, quality, and integrity.

UPDATE: A representative from the company contacted my wife, apologized, and remedied...

I have to give a major shoutout to Erin at Arden’s Garden — hands down the best barista I’ve ever encountered. Every time I walk in, she greets me by name and already knows my go-to smoothie without me even having to ask. That kind of personal touch is rare and makes all the difference.

But what really sets Erin apart is how she encourages me to step outside my comfort zone. Thanks to her, I’ve tried new favorites like the Grand Slam, and now I’m hooked. Her energy is always positive, and she genuinely cares about her customers’ well-being.

Since I’ve swapped my traditional brunch habits for Erin’s smoothie recommendations, my overall health has improved noticeably. I feel lighter, more energized, and more focused — and I owe a lot of that to her guidance.

Arden's Garden uses all organic, non-gmo ingredients to power their smoothies. Roots juices, Smoothie King, and the rest of the competition use inorganic junk. There is very little reason for an American citizen to spend time and money on the effort of acquiring inorganic smoothies. The smoothie I just got from Arden's Garden tastes like it may even have some of the bitter tasting nutrients like amygdalam which are no longer found in our foods. In short, this smoothie is freaking legit for health nuts, and wayyy cheaper than the competition. This is the only smoothie franchise...
