I was in Atlanta for the weekend and went here because a cool chick I met at a breakfast spot said it was the best wings she'd ever had. Wings are indeed excellent, ordering online is easy, but picking it up is super weird. They both text and email you but of course you pay more attention to the texts because it's more convenient but the texts don't tell you that you have to call when you get there to let them know you're there, so you end up just walking into this weird room with this window where there's a check in station and you try to check in but it doesn't work and so you talk to the person in the window and they have to tell you to check your email and then you go to check your email and you give them a call and then finally they can bring the food out to you, but it's just a super weird situation (and I wasn't the only one there confused) you would think they would text you the phone number to call and not only send it to you in your email (It's not even in the "order page" they link you to in the text either). Other than that though, the food is great and I would still recommend it, I got the honey lemon pepper wings and they were fantastic, also the ranch fried okra 🤌. Just need to fix the pickup situation. By the way I went to eat it just two blocks away at the cidery, so if you're looking for somewhere to eat it nearby with nice atmosphere that is a good place, they'll let you chow down as long as you're drinking their ciders.

The wings were INCREDIBLE! The Honey Hot Lemon Pepper were as good as advertised. The other flavor we tried was the Spicy Pineapple. The HHLP needs nothing. The taste is impeccable. The SP seemed to be lacking a needed savory component. When dipped in the blue cheese, they were really good. The sweet taste just needs a hit of lemon pepper maybe to provide the spark. The pick up was easy. It’s as simple as watching the video. I did not see B&L on the iPads, so I went directly to the counter. My order was in the bin waiting for me. Curbside is available. The location in Midtown seems to be a collective building. It’s multiple restaurants there. But easy to pick up your order. Overall the taste does not disappoint. I liked the Hot Honey Lemon Pepper the best. It’s the best Hot Lemon Pepper in the city I’ve had so far. The wing size was adequate. Not too small, but nit the steroid pumped wings you can get elsewhere. The French fries have a wonderful taste. Just the right amount of seasoning salt. The ranch okra is a must. Fried to perfection, the ranch just gives okra a twist I wasn’t expecting. Support this business. The flavors are great and the experience was awesome as well. Very well done, and I’ll be going back for sure ! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If you order privately you have to call when you get there. We got 2 separate wing orders. 1 Siracha and 1 hot. (With fries and okra) we ate in the car immediately because I absolutely hate soggy wings. Opened up the siracha and they were crispy and really good!! But I opened up my hot flavored and they were so soggy to the point where I didn’t even eat them. I immediately gave them a call and let them know that one batch was great but the hot were so soggy and he said “I would NEVER give a customer soggy wings”… I definitely wasn’t lying haha. It wasn’t that deep I just wanted a replacement. But I will say he was nice enough to offer a replacement but it would take 30-40 minutes which I couldn’t do.. so I ended up paying around $40ish and not being able to eat my wings. I understand it takes awhile because they make them fresh which is great, but I guess I was just hoping there was another solution. Other than that their food is pretty good just pricey and you should give them a shot.I’m attaching a photo but it’s not that great.

For someone who has been ordering from this restaurant for the past 2 years, i am very disappointed with my recent experience. The male owner by the name of Brad is really rude seem like a nice guy on social media but he really not. He thought i was using someone else credit card which is not the case, i forgot to change my phone number on the grubhub app and once i placed my order on the app for pickup the text message grubhub sends out with my information went to my old number which somebody else has now. The lady did call b&l wings and spoke to brad about someone place a order with her phone number. Turns out it was just a big misunderstanding, I actually spoke to the lady on the phone and she agree with me that it was a misunderstanding that i just didnt put my correct phone number on the app and my information went to her phone. Nice lady btw. She tried to reach out to the restaurant to talk to Brad and advise him that i didnt used her credit card information and that there wasnt any fraud with my order, however it was after 9 and noone pick up so she said she will call the restaurant on Wednesday and talk to Brad. Instead of Brad listening to me so i could explain to him what happen, he started talking over me, hung up on me twice and block both of numbers. I order from b&l wings later that day with a different credit card that belongs to me and he saw my name on the order and proceeded to cancel the second order i placed, all because he was thinking i was a criminal trying to use someone else card. I yet to receive a refund on the second order btw. The one time i decided to pick up my order instead of it being delivered i got mistreated in a very bad way. Thousands of restaurants in Atlanta that i could have choose from the past 2 years and i chosen yours. Humble yourself u can have a business today and be without one tomorrow. Wings is some of the best i had, but i cant spend my money with him no more after i was treated in such a rude way. U saying u stand by your decision understandably with the first order but the second order was a whole different credit card in my name! Yes the first first transaction i made I received my refund but not the second order. Both CREDIT CARDS I USED WAS IN MY NAME! NOTHING FALSE ABOUT THIS REVIEW IF I DONT HAVE MY MONEY ON MY CARD BY THE END OF THE WEEK I WILL DISPUTE IT WITH MY BANK. I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK ONE...
