I rarely write negative reviews, but in this case, I feel compelled to share my experience due to the complete lack of professionalism and customer service I encountered at this property. I had a reservation for a 7-night stay, which I confirmed over the phone while traveling from Florida. I disclosed that I would be bringing an ESA and was assured this would not be an issue with proper documentation. I also provided my expected arrival time (7:15 PM) and was told someone would be available to check me in. Upon arrival, the lobby was locked and unattended. The posted lobby phone did not connect to the after-hours assistance line. I used my personal phone to reach someone named Norman, who identified himself as the property attendant. He stated he was off-site and unable to assist, and told me to return the next day at 11 AM. When I asked to speak to a manager or escalate the issue, he dismissively replied, ā€œI’m right behind you, and no,ā€ followed by, ā€œI’m not going to argue with you; I don’t have time for this.ā€ His tone was unprofessional and condescending. Left with no other option, I had to secure alternate lodging for the night. I returned the following morning and spoke with Melinda, the general manager. Unfortunately, the interaction was equally disappointing. She claimed my reservation had already been canceled, which was inaccurate—I had already been charged for the previous night, and the booking still appeared active. When I raised concerns about the mishandled check-in, the charge for a night I did not stay, and how the situation would be resolved, she offered no real solutions. Despite assuring me that the reservation would be canceled and no further charges would be made, that was not the case. At no point was an apology offered, nor was there any accountability or acknowledgment of the inconvenience this caused. I’ve also attempted to follow up through the property and through the booking platform, and have yet to receive a response.This was one of the most frustrating and disappointing travel experiences I’ve had. I expected basic professionalism and courtesy, and unfortunately, this property failed on every front. I cannot recommend this location to others based on my experience.

I have never in my life stayed at a place filthier than this hotel. The smell of the room was from a fire! Smell so strong the fumes burned our noses! The floor was so filthy I couldn’t even mop it clean with bleach, dawn, and Mr clean. The manager in the office was rude and nasty. We arrived at 11 for check in and couldn’t check in until after 4pm . Then put us in a room we couldn’t breathe in!! DO NOT RENT ROOM 233! I want to call the police about this room. I want a different room or refund for last night. Or we’re going to wind up in court over the condition of this room!! No one answers the phone not even customer service!! No after hours assistance. No help at all!! And you can’t leave messages when you call the front desk because the voicemail box is full. The lady at the front desk says she’s the general manager!! I don’t think she’s ever even been to any of the rooms here or she’d know that house keeping doesn’t even mop the floors. I was provided a dust mop with no pads and two wash cloths with a spray bottle of water I think. Microwave smells so strong like it was used to cook drugs!! I’m calling the city inspector about this room and the quality of the air!! Mop water picture is from mopping just the small area between the beds, wish I could attach the video!! Like the smell of the room speaks drugs and forest fire!! Who is the housekeeping supervisor? And does she mop her floor with a spray bottle, rag and dust mop!! Woke up to my face broke out!! They get you with the if you cancel they get to keep a nights stay of your money!! Same lady from yesterday ( GM) offered a full refund with no paper work?? Never heard of that before!! Gonna record this conversation for my records!! Didn’t even give us our check out papers. Blamed it on dialing the wrong number. When I dialed three different ones. He’ll one even texts you back..

Me and my kids stayed at this place for a whole month and the price they had me paying was not worth it at all!! I never laid on the sheets I bought my own and I’m glad I did because when I pull back them sheets in both of them beds the cover that they had on the mattress was filthy!! I was so disappointed, I told one of the guys in the office about it a black kind of heavy set guy and he didn’t know what to say. I need all my money back not just my deposit for how that bed was looking Also the guy in the office he is a black guy slim dude he is going to get that place shut down with his attitude because nobody is going want to move there. Everybody else that work there was alright. The location is ok but I will not be going back to that place at least that location EVER to stay!!

INTOWN SUITES MIDTOWN WAS A WONDERFUL LONG TREM PLACE I CAME TO IN-BETWEEN APPOINTMENTS OR IV ANEMIA THERAPY TREATMENTS AND ME BEING YEAR ROUND STUDENT AT GEORGIA TECH. IM ALSO A 34 YEAR OLD SINGLE MOTHER OF A SWEET QUITE AUTISTIC SON WHO MR. POGH FELT IT WAS MORALLY OKAY TO COME IN MY ROOM WHEN MY 17 YEAR OLD NIECE AND MY SON WAITED FOR ME TO COME BACK FROM THE BANK , AND HE CAME IN MY ROOM UNANNOUNCED, WITHOUT KNOCKING OR PERMISSION. HE USED HIS KEY AND TOLD MY KIDS TO TELL ME THAT I WAS 10 MINUTES LATE PAYING THE RENT THAT WAS DUE AT 11:10 AM . I WAS ALREADY THERE STANDING ON LINE WITH THE OTHER ANGRY SAD RESIDENTS WHO WALK ON EGG SHELLS BECAUSE OF YOUR METHODS OF HOTEL HOSPITALITY AND STRAIGHT MEAN AND RUDE AND EVIL WAYS OF Conducting BUSINESS .

I SPEAK LIKE THIS BECAUSE HE DOESN'T ALLOW UPPER MANAGEMENT OR OWNERSHIP OR ANYONE WHO WOULD NOT APPROVE OF INHUMANE ACTIONS AND ILLIGAL POLICY PRACTICES BY ALANZO POGH.

AND I HAD TO MOVE BEFORE 5M ALANZO POGH . I have two reviews so I’ll start off with why I’m giving 5 stars the manager is incredible not to mention caring when I made the reservation online I made it for the upgraded suite even though the website said it was some available an the website let me book it I get there to pay the room I reserved an was told it was still being worked on it was time for them to close an I had a very bad an long day so I was extremely frustrated when he said my room wasn’t available but he really cared stayed past the close time an made sure I had a room it wasn’t what I reserved it was actually better then the room I was trying to get so I definitely appreciate that good customer service goes a long way so fast forward now I’m here and it’s parking wars out here I give the environment itself negative stars for the people that live here šŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø The men’s that stay next door always knocking on the walls like we loud when it be super quiet in my room not to mention they fight people for the one handicap spot and ain’t nothing wrong with them I witnessed a old man get in his car he was parked in the handicap first of course he old he leaves an as soon as he does one of the men come out their door an move their car in that spot the old man comes back an has to park all the way at the other end of the parking lot in the dark the old man wasn’t gone 20 minutes he just went to go get food kids running around the building loud all day outside yo door just yelling like this a park an no adults in sight I have kids that stay here an you would never know because I control them an these parking spots these people act they own them people wait for you to leave just so they can hop in the parking spot u just pulled from I mean Ive witnesses people come out they room move they car an go back in childish people out here an half of em live on the other side of the building people fighting like crazy these walls super thin so you hear all kinds of disturbing things an someone hit my car an just drove off I was parked in my room I come out my whole light on the front right side smashed in I told the front an they said they would take care of it I believe it was the people next to me cause they some extra individuals so great customer service but terrible environment but you are by Atlantic station an so much more so...

The posted lobby phone did not connect to the after-hours assistance line. I used my personal phone to reach someone named Norman, who identified himself as the property attendant. He stated he was off-site and unable to assist, and told me to return the next day at 11 AM. When I asked to speak to a manager or escalate the issue, he dismissively replied, ā€œI’m right behind you, and no,ā€ followed by, ā€œI’m not going to argue with you; I don’t have time for this.ā€ His tone was unprofessional and condescending. Left with no other option, I had to secure alternate lodging for the night. I returned the following morning and spoke with Melinda, the general manager. Unfortunately, the interaction was equally disappointing. She claimed my reservation had already been canceled, which was inaccurate—I had already been charged for the previous night, and the booking still appeared active. When I raised concerns about the mishandled check-in, the charge for a night I did not stay, and how the situation would be resolved, she offered no real solutions. Despite assuring me that the reservation would be canceled and no further charges would be made, that was not the case. At no point was an apology offered, nor was there any accountability or acknowledgment of the inconvenience this caused. I’ve also attempted to follow up through the property and through the booking platform, and have yet to receive a response.This was one of the most frustrating and disappointing travel experiences I’ve had.
