Waterworks Atlanta is a beautifully positioned park overlooking the city right next to IKEA. Large attractive trees provide lots of shade in the summer. The playground in the center of the park is non traditional because it's made from recycled waterworks machinery and pipes, etc but this makes it unusual and fun for kids. My children loved climbing on all of the unique objects and using their imagination to play games. If you're in the area and need to stretch your legs or eat a picnic, this is a relaxing spot to do so.

Atlanta Waterworks Park Westside is one of the best views of Downtown & Midtown. Our Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms made sure that we have nice Parks in Atlanta. This is one of them. Best place to take a photo.
