Bankhead Wingz — Restaurant in Atlanta

A MESS OF A PLACE! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. So I stopped there yesterday and order 10 Hot Lemon Pepper Wings + 6 Sweet Chili wings. Got home a few minutes later and realized they had swerved me Teriyaki and Hot wings. Ok, mistakes happen, no big deal right?

So I call them to let them know and this is where it all falls apart. The person who answers INSISTS that she prepared my order herself and that she served me hot lemon pepper wings. She then proceeds to HANG UP on me and not pick up her phone again.

The next day, I call from a different number and reach someone who appears to be their manager. After asking me if I was "black" (I don't see how that's relevant), she now acknowledges that the wings I was served were Teriyaki but claims that: "at least you were served something"...like that's supposed to be some kind of consolation...they could have served me an empty box.

At this point, I didn't know whether to laugh or cry. I thought that I had seen the worst in terms of service but ALL FLATS CAFE took it to a new low ! I don't know about you, but I like spending my money were my business is actually valued and I'm not treated like feces for deciding to spend my hard earned dollars at one's establishment. On top of that, their wings are REALLY NOT SPECIAL. I promise this is unrelated to the appaling, unprofessional service they offer but the wings are tiny and all the flavor comes from the gallons of cheap sauce they pour on top. After an Early and long day I remembered I for got to eat! My family lives on that side of town so I decide to support the black owned small business in their community! Sincerely Wrong Choice!!! Horrible Customer Service lets start there! The Wings Are EXTREMELY TINY HARD AND DISAPPOINTING! They are over priced and not good AT ALL! Where I asked the woman in the window why were the wing so small? She slammed the window in my face and turned the lights off! I'm a chef who lives in the area. I pass All Flats Cafe every day but finally stopped by over the weekend for lunch. I loved the wings, they were seasoned perfectly and the fries were good. Some say the wings are small (I would somewhat agree, some of mine were very tiny. I usually can't eat 20 without being completely stuffed) but where else are you going to get them that good for the price? I'll just order 30 next time, problem solved. I recommend this place for sure. Support...
