On August 13 th myself and my husband went to the Captain D's on Prince avenue. We ordered a 3 piece fish meal & a Deluxe seafood platter plus 5 shrimp for $ 1.99 When we got home . My husband noticed tht the stuff crab had a bad smell coming from them. I called and spoke to a manager by the name John. . He told me to write his name on the receipt & he would replace our whole meals. Then on 08/16 /2025. I received two phone calls from. Captain D's around 9:45 or 10:00 Sunday night. I called and asked why someone was calling my phone that late at night. John the manager said the only explanation he had was someone going through recent call logs to see who called the restaurant. I asked him does the establishment have a tendency of calling their customers this late at night and he told me no. I tried to redeem to redeem the food that John the manager at Captain D's on Prince avenue he told me this has been a week I can't redeem the food he promised to replace. Mind you there was no given time l had to come to get the food he promised to replace. I called this morning to speak to the store GM to whom I was told by John the store manager that will be there today the first time I called they hung up in my face and the second time I called back the young lady claims she didn't know when the GM would be there. That's okay because I have talked to my attorney . And I will be going to the better Business bureau. Do not go to the store they don't care about their customers. I Highly do not recommend this restaurant. We won't be returning. And have shared our experiences with this Captain D's...

Terrible service and poorly managed. A restaurant full of people who can only bicker instead of getting the food right. I ordered online and still waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for them to tell me the food wasn't ready and to pull forward. There was already someone waiting and I told the cashier. She told me to pull to the front of the building and park, which I did. And waited even longer before going in and waiting even more before getting told they don't know how to do refunds. I just wanted my money back at that point. The cashier tried to claim she didn't tell me to pull forward but I asked her twice. I now have to call back in the morning and submit an online ticket on their website to get a refund. They still gave me the food, which was cold by then and had none of the sauces I requested.
