My husband and friend came in to grab a sandwich. They have eaten here countless times and never had any issues, until today. They ordered two sandwiches, grabbed their drinks and sat at a table. 57 minutes later, they still haven’t received their food.(or any update on how long it will be/sorry it’s taking a bit longer than usual). When asked how much longer it would be before, one of the staff said they were doing a catering order first. ( catering orders are made in advance and you would think they would serve the customers that are in store waiting). My husband then asked for his money back and stated he actually needed to get home not to worry about it. The woman at the counter had amply Attitude and stated the sandwiches were coming out right now. Do they just want them to wrap them up. My husband said that was OK. He really just needed to get going. The girl at the front then yells to the back “nah just throw them away they don’t want them”. The manger came out and spoke for a split second, again they had been here over an hour at this point, and after the attitude from the check out gal my husband wanted to wash his hands clean of it. The manger just said “oh it will be back on your card in a business day or so” I would seek better training for your staff. All of the company supers/project managers would come in and eat together weekly. Unfortunately we will...

For starters, I love this restaurant and have enjoyed almost every visit except my last.. I came to pickup my order at its pickup time and it wasn’t ready, which was fine, I didn’t mind waiting. However I asked to get a drink while waiting, and they were out of normal cups at that moment so I was given a “water cup” to get my drink. Not a big deal to me. Obviously it was to the manager on duty, as he stood there staring at me get my drink, he Yells loud enough for the entire restaurant to hear “BOOOO, SODA IN A WATER CUP!” And instead of apologizing for yelling at me, when the employee told him they were out of regular drink cups, he deflected and said the employee was making me look bad.. It was extremely embarrassing for me to be yelled at and demeaning to see the employee treated that way. Again, I love coming here, it’s great food, great employees, and usually great service. I was just very off put by my last visit and hope something is addressed with how management...

Arguably thee BEST subs around time WITH a bar! 👏🏾👏🏾 Always freshly prepared in a decent amount of time. The atmosphere is welcoming. Every associate I've encountered is kind and personable. It's themed around trees (if you know what I mean) even they're sandwiches have extremely creative names as well as the size names (example: "the nugget" which is the smallest). They're kind of expensive but totally worth it and considered the average price of subs these days anyway .. They even sell kool-aid that is amazing might I add ... It seems like you can't go wrong with any sub you try here. Give them a shot for sure! 🫶 - Sidenote: It would be reeeal nice if they had weekly deals or a better rewards system. JUST because their sandwiches are addictive lol!

Usually I’m a big fan, but I got the most disappointing sandwich ever today. I did get no lettuce so that is partly my fault, but I have never gotten a sandwich from here where the bread is as small and the sandwich as poorly stuffed as this one. I never return things, but I should have taken it back to the store to get remade. My advice is eat in or double check that your sandwich looks good before taking to go. Photo shows 1/2 of it compared to my boyfriend’s sandwich. I did get 1 size smaller than him, but you can still see how sad the bread is and how poorly stuffed. I love their food, the staff, and the vibes usually so I will return, but this is not worth the $12 for a to go meal.

🗣️LISTEN! I visited Cheba Hut Toasted Subs ATL for the first time yesterday. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 I ordered the Kali Mist on Garlic Herb Bread and it was delicious I will be returning. The vibe is cool they have outside seating, bar and pool table. It’s also family friendly and the customer service was outstanding. I was undecided about what I wanted the gentleman who took my order was so patient. He recommended The Kali Mist it was perfect, it had the right about if ingredients. The bread was warm, toasted, crunchy and soft at the same time. Check them out you will NOT be disappointed. ❤️❤️
