@boticaatl is already one of my fav spots in ATL, but they knocked it out of the park with their paella. Served only on Wednesday’s and Friday’s, after 3PM, it is for sure a must try. It is loaded with fresh seafood & seasoned to perfection. I also had their nachos, that are so loaded, I didn’t even know where to start 😭 This is definitely a great spot for after work happy hour, or getting together with a big group. Make sure you check them out, and let them know Links In The City sent you ✨

Food and the only drink I got to try was awesome. (Steak nachos and a Paloma) the reason why I’m giving this place only 2 stars is because of the service we received. Tell me why when I ordered a jagerbomb the server made a face and said that drink was nasty, that I should’ve tried aguardiente instead. We were kinda vibing with him so I didn’t take it personal you know, I told him I don’t drink that that I wanted a jager. Food came out, we were satisfied with the food, he came back again in like 2 minutes and we asked for napkins and while he was trying to get a nacho the fell on the table my friend reminded him abt the jager which he proceeded to ignore or probably he didn’t hear i don’t know, I still wondering that part. We ate, drink never came out, we wanted to try few more mocktails, tell me why he never came back to check on us, at that point we just wanted to pay and go. When we asked one of the runners to get our server, I asked him “hey where’s the jager” and he said “you really wanted it” ????!!! Like sir. I said “ofc you thought I was messing about it? I did want the drink. He said “ok so the check and a jager?” I told him “no, just the check, I don’t want the drink anymore” at this point we just wanted to leave. Because why would you tell me it was nasty and then never bring it out to the table, you can’t tell that to a guest. And because of that service, they don’t be selling, they don’t care about the bill going up and not just that, the tip too since is already included. Restaurant was slow, thought it was busy and that that’s why it was taking him too long, but not really, we were sitting in the patio that’s why we couldn’t tell if he was busy or not until I decided to go to the bathroom and noticed the place being slow. Would I come back? Probably not. I was very disappointed. Also, I didn’t even finished my meal because I didn’t even have water OR him coming back to ask if we would like another drink.

Will Not Return--There are places with better food, service and without covert pricing and gratuity.

I was invited here by a friend who had been wanting to try this place. I found my friend out on the patio (she went ahead of me) and after I sat down it took about 10 minutes for "Heaven" to come bring water and take drink orders. She seemed nice enough. My friend ordered an ALCOHOLIC Strawberry Margarita and wings before I got there. She explained all of the frozen drinks are premade with alcoholic, so I ordered a NON-ALCOHOLIC Prickly Pear Margarita and guacamole.

The wings were "tasty" and the guacamole was standard. Nothing to write home about and definitely not worth $9 for the small cup and over salted chips. It's not even a table guacamole and had no special flavor, size or addition that made it worthwhile. I ordered a salad which was super yummy. I was a bit hesitant because when I asked Heaven about the vinaigrette she could only tell me that she didn't like vinaigrette so she couldn't answer accurately. It turned out to be 1/2 delicious things I ordered.

We ordered tacos. My friend ordered her tacos chickpea and lamb on flour tortilla . I gave specific instructions to put my chickpea in a flour tortilla and my pork and lamb on corn tortilla. It somehow got mixed up. I ended up swapping the correct one with my friend. The pork taco was "ok" but the rest were trash! The lamb by itself was good but failed miserably as a taco.

Midway through the meal my friend ordered another drink and I got a NON-ALCOHOLIC mango margarita. I even ordered dessert because Heaven became a lot more attentive at the end of our meal. The croissant bread pudding is the tastiest thing I had on the menu. They should've made the menu solely with that. Sadly I won't be back and here is why.

My friend and I were catching up. I'm not sure if it was a manager or just another employee but we were seated on the edge of the patio and a guy came in such close proximity of the table to pick up trash that it startled me. No warning. Just boom hand on the table and leaning down. There was a creepy guy right seated beside us who positioned his chair so that he could stare periodically and eavesdrop on our conversation.

Now enter Heaven with Hell. As mentioned Heaven became "really" attentive (pushing us out) at the end. So much so that my friend and I had a bet of how many times she would come over to ease us out. I won. She brought the checks and I asked for all the alcohol to be split and bring me the rest. WHY DID THIS GIRL CHARGE MY NONALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE AS ALCOHOL?! THEN, AFTER THE FACT TELL US SHE "COULDN'T CHANGE IT IN THE SYSTEM." THEN SHE CHARGED AN 18% Gratuity for a TWO-TOP. I was prepared to pay 20% or more but after seeing that mess she got what she plotted for. She didn't explain any of this prior to bringing it. She was ineffective and non communicative at best.

The experience was mediocre at best. Tin Lizzy's has a similar experience, better food, and no...

If you’re looking for a place to be treated with the upmost disrespect, then this is the perfect place to go. I will never visit this place again, and will never recommend this place to anyone who values themselves or their time.

To provide more color as to why I will never recommend this establishment, last evening a group of friends and myself visited this place as a final celebration for a friend that was moving away. This place seemed like the perfect getaway on a quiet Sunday night, and was the ideal location for a send off. The food was tasty and the service was prompt, but our night took a turn for the worst as we ordered cocktails from the bar. As a final moment of commemorating our friend, we ordered a round of shots of a particular brand. Once the drinks arrived to the table, we swiftly recognized that the beverages provided were not the ones we ordered. We were provided blanco and ordered repasado, so we simply asked that they revisit as the ones provided were not what we ordered. We were immediately countered with great debate and foul language for requesting that the bartender remake the beverage and provide what we ordered.

In this encounter an irate staff member who claimed to be “one of the owners” of the establishment refused to remake the drinks and insisted that the cocktails changed color upon being chilled. He then proceeded to yell furiously about us “calling him a liar” and went on to elaborate about him being “…at work since 9am and didn’t have time for this shit”. (Excuse my French, his words not mine). He also insisted we were calling him a liar and were there to start trouble, when in reality we were providing an opportunity for him to correct what we assumed was a mistake.

The actual manager brought two shots of what we ordered to the table in efforts of proving that what we requested is what we were provided. We swiftly agreed that what he brought was what we wanted and asked for a round of the more recent shot. The “owner” refused. I have attached a picture of the two shots to this profile, which you can clearly see the drinks in question were in fact not the same. Another leader within their company came over and apologized as we showed this photo which confirmed that we were not mistaken. He saw the picture and apologized for the confusion. Moments later the same “owner” who tried to fuel an altercation walked up and looked me in my eye and stated “if you never come back, I promise I won’t lose any sleep. Stupid bitch” and then proceeded to walk into the restroom when other patron can hear him yelling.

This was by far the most tasteless restaurant experience I have had to date, and for this reason I have taken time from my day both to post this formal review and will be taking a step further to report this...

I normally do not leave reviews or posts about restaurants, but I’ve never had such a bad experience in a restaurant in my life. I’ll try to break down and make it as brief as possible.

I’ll start with the service: When we got there, the hostess being super rude told us they needed 8 people at least to sit us at our reserved table. This is understandable some places have these type of policies. By that point there were already 6 of us, so they offer to sit us at another table… and told us as the other guest arrive, they would add more tables & chairs as necessary (we all thought that was more work for them, but who are we to tell them how to run their business).

The waiter was very slow and most of our orders were wrong. The waiter gave the impression of being inexperienced of handling a party of 12 (which seven of us have worked or still work in the service industry). Although the service was slow, we kept our patience because the server was very nice initially. It wasn’t until our orders started coming out wrong that the server started showing aggravation towards us over his own mistakes. This repeated itself again when the check were delivered with wrong items listed, as well as items not ordered

It took them 45 minutes to bring our first 6 drinks, while we waited for the rest of our party. When the drinks were delivered to the table, the drinks were watered down as if they’ve been sitting at the bar for some time. As well as poorly made. I asked the waiter, why it took so long for the drinks to come out and he blamed the bartender. Meanwhile another of my friends when to the bar to order our second round drinks and the bartender apologized to us cause we had a really slow server.

To be more specific, I ordered a crystal mojito, it wasn’t made properly, bartender wasn’t definitely not trained to make that drink. When the whole issue irrupted a bartender and “supposed” owner took offense when we gave feed back on the drinks and service. The “supposed” owner/bartender who goes by “Mina” told me “to suck it” right after telling us “to go somewhere else cause he has one of the most popping restaurants in the City”.

-As for food we ordered wings and the trio which were OK. For the main course I had 3 tacos (shrimp, carne asada & barbacoa) they arrived cold and over an hour after we order them.

To be honest I do not recommend this place to anyone. At least not during dinner time on a Sunday night… In general this was a very bad experience. Ruined my friends birthday dinner.

Atlanta is a city full of great restaurants with great food, drinks and service with good prices and this is definitely NOT one of them. DONT BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU...
