Update.. The last 3 or 4 xs I've ordered from them has been GREAT. The pizza was prepared properly, cut correct, and the pizza was hot. Way to step up and get it done right! Thank you Dominoes team?
1st they are short handed. Poor manager had worked all day. 5 am to 10 pm.
So the pepperoni was under the cheese. It didn't get crisp like normal, when it's on top. AND OF COURSE MY THIN AND CRISPY WAS CUT WRONG. Every single time like 12 out of 13 they don't read the special instructions.
Ordered online. Went to pick up. Was told it was not out of oven yet. Told to wait out front and they would bring it right out. I sat there for 37 minutes. I went inside and was told to get out because I didn't have my mask on. I asked if pizza was ready. It should have been ready for pick up at 704. It is now 737. I was told yes, it just became ready. Someone would bring it out. A driver got back, went into the store, got another delivery order and brought my pizzas out. I immediately checked them the out side edges were cold, the middle was warm. They did not read the special instructions. I asked they my thin and crispy be pie cut. I feel for my family the squares are stupid and I don't like them. Of course they were cut in squares. I have used Dominoes and only Dominoes for over 11 years. In 2 states, Oregon and Texas. I've talked them up so much. My last two experiences have been very...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered on line last night. The pizza was cooked quickly and delicious. I enjoyed it so much, I ordered again tonight. But after tonight, I won't be going back again for a very long time. Again, I ordered online. I got there before it was ready, so parked and waited til the app said it was done. They were very busy, so I didn't mind waiting my turn. But when I got to the window, it took a good 5 minutes before the lady came to ask my name. (I paid online so I just needed my pizza.) When she did, she went and typed something in, came back and asked for the last four numbers of my phone. I told her, she came back with the wrong name, so we tried it again. Then for 3 or 4 more minutes I could see her in there looking for my pizza. Finally she came to the door and said one was still in the oven, could I pull forward and they would bring it out. No problem. I figured someone forgot to make one of the pizzas.....so I waited 5 more minutes or so and went in, thinking I'd just get a refund. An employee asked my name, I told her, and she walked to a cart, (not a shelf with hear lamps or the like) and brought me my 2 cold pizzas. And they tasted like a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreNot sure if it's a sign of the times or just the general necessity to screw your customers over, but I've had it with this location. Corporate complaint is being filed and I hope they shut your location down. Your pizza ovens which you've admitted do not work well needed to replaced. Your pizzas are either burn around edges and doughy in center or the entire pizza is burnt. The twists specifically garlic twists which are being hand twisted are suppose to be full sized, you are cutting your dough in thirds which means everytime you make one my hand you are deliberately only using a third of the dough on each twist. You are screwing your customers to save a buck. The pizzas you make are subpar they look nothing like those advertised by Domino's franchise corporation. I'm ashamed that you operate this location in such a way and corporate hasn't closed the Atlanta, Texas location yet. Looking forward to speaking...
