I walked in and told them I was picking up. They acted like they didn't know what was going on. I realized that there was a TV on the wall that said when orders were ready, and it said mine would be ready in 6 minutes. So I sat down. This was a bit before 7:30 and the pizza would've been done at 7:30. The TV finally said that the pizza was done, but I waited a minute to walk back up to the counter because they were helping someone else. I also thought they might let me know that the pizza was easy after they finished with that customer, but I guess the TV is smarter than they are. I finally got up to get my pizza and was standing there for a few minutes when another customer came in. Finally someone comes back up and completely ignores me even though they knew I had been in there waiting for my pizza. So they take 5 minutes getting that customers pizza order put together. Then he asks me what I'm waiting for as if he didn't know who I was even though he was the one from the first time. So I tell him the name of the order mentioning that the TV said the pizza was ready. He goes and gets a pizza from the oven and cuts it, puts that order together. I thought that was my order, but no. That was another person's order. Then he finally grabs my order and gives it to me. What a terrible looking pizza. The ingredients look like they were just thrown to one spot off center on the pizza. There was hardly any sauce and cheese even though I had asked for extra of both. I decided to just take the pizza because I had no desire to wait for another 30 minutes (but probably more realistically an hour since this encounter has already taken an extra 20 more minutes than it should have). Worst pizza ever. It was as though I was eating dry ingredients on cardboard....
Read moreI'm not sure if locals frequently patronize this Dominos, but if you're staying at one of the nearby hotels and you're looking for something to eat after 10pm.....skip this place...especially if Deaundre is closing. I called at 10:45pm to see what time they closed, but no one answered. According to Google the store is open til midnight on Tuesdays. I went to the store, which keeps the door locked, and placed my order from the car at 11:15pm. I could see Deaundre inside the store. I went to the gas station thinking my food would be ready when I returned. 25 minutes later I returned by didn't see anyone in the store. I rang the doorbell, but no one came to the door....so I'm in an unfamiliar neighborhood at a restaurant that deems it necessary to keep the door locked. The delivery guy finally went in to see about my order/refund. He said "he shut the orders down". The delivery guy came back to the counter and told me that I'd have to wait 24hrs for the refund to be put back on my card because the order will cancel out. I told him that's unacceptable, I'm flying out tomorrow and I'm not going to chase a refund from a different state for food I can't proof that I never received. I need something in writing. Deaundre finally came to the front if the store. He didn't greet me at all. He lied and said he was calling people to cancel orders, but never gave an explanation for why the food had not been made....it was not midnight and I never received a call. He just kept repeating that he could only cancel the order. He was rude, lazy, and disinterested. Don't waste your time even if their hours say they're open, just go elsewhere. There was at least three other people that...
Read moreThe online website is fair for ordering. Would be nice to see prices before they are in your cart though. I had to click preferences then look at cart, edit delete etc to finally get an order I liked. I ordered on a laptap but with the phone it fashed a msg on my phone right off. Shows the steps of the process. When I got there it said complete. Flash your red lights and I had selected the carry to car option. I was the ONLY car in the lot. It said will be brought out at 330-340p. By 350p after seening complete I go in. Door is locked but buzzer to ring. They were sitting there ready and getting cold even though I just just steps outside and order was BRING TO CAR. 4 employees by the counter and maybe more in back but nobody is able to carry a pizza out the door 20 feet away! I actually ordered 2 small pizzas. The thin crust was terrible. Not only that your going to probably get it cold and the thin crusts loose heat fast. The first crust option held up better and is a better option. Overall though just go to a different Dominos but check its rating first as they seem to be bottom of the barrel on ability to produce and deliver a hot and...
