Gather around and let me tell you about the time Jason's Deli saved my life. Seriously! I was hired to plan an event for a client. This was an important event for a nonprofit in Atlanta that does amazing work. The client had 125 people confirmed to attend the event, as well as about 15 staff and speakers attending. I had to figure out how to feed 140 people for both breakfast and lunch in less than 48 hours. Note: This was the nonprofits first major event and business, civic, and philanthropic leaders were attending.
I called Jason's Deli and I was able to place an order for breakfast including coffee and juice, and lunch for our 140 event attendees. When I called in a panic, Tammy said, "Baby, I got you. We do this everyday. You will have great food for your event delivered on-time, with no hassel. Let's get your order, placed, baby."
I could have wept! Tammy and her team responded to my last minute emails and calls promptly. I was able to have a cost breakdown and invoice immediately. When I called the day before the event to change the delivery times to move them up slightly, Tammy said "No problem. It's done, honey."
Eveeyone loved the food, and the value is INCREDIBLE. We got so much food!! I was able to send guests and staff of the nonprofit home from the event with sandwiches, soup, fruit, salad, pastries, desserts...I absolutely could not believe the amount of food we received, and I had actually placed the order for 100 and not 140 because I anticipated some no-shows, etc. The food order for 100 could have fed the football teams of every college in the SAC! Did I mention the food was fresh and delicious???
The best thing about all of this is that I was able to focus on executing a fabulous event, and my client didn't have to worry about anything. You simply cannot put a price tag on piece of mind.
To Tammy and the Team at Jason's Deli Midtown: THANK YOU!!!! I highly recommend Jason's Deli for any of your catering needs! Thank me...
Read moreFood was great but service was horrible at the Camp Creek location. I spent 50 dollars on food, and went to retrieve the rest of my order with my five muffins in a small coffee cup. I asked for a top, only to be stopped by manager who nastily said," Those muffins are 1.59." So I asked her to ring it up, but she said I was just letting you know in a nasty manner. (WHY mention it, especially in a loud, nasty manner meant to be embarrassing and it was?) So I asked her if muffins were included with salads as I purchased two salads. She said "oh" but never apologized for her rude behavior. She then proceeded to say I should have used a bags. I have been going to this place for years, and never encountered muffin bags.
The issue.. The nasty behavior and reprimand went on too long. You do not have conversations with customers like this, especially in a loud manner. She didn't know what I bought and treated me like trash!
It was disgusting to witness. My daughter was so confused because she could not understand why the untidy lady was harassing us over two dollar muffins(literally 5) after we paid for two salads, soups and sandwiches. And when I asked to pay, she says never mind which let's me know she was simply being less than her best self.
Please do better Camp Creek. I will never go back myself because it was really embarrassing and I work as a professional in the area.

Read moreThis location (like most Jason's locations I've been to) is always great. The location is excellent (parking is sometimes a challenge but it's close to Marta, and in a great are, right next to Piedmont park in Midtown.
Inside is clean and spacious with an upstairs for extra seating. Salad bar items are always fresh and plentiful, with all the condiments to be desired.
I usually order the "Chicago club" , which for some reason is no longer on the menu but every location still serves it if you ask. It's a Turkey BLT on this delicious focaccia, which is made perfectly, with spinach, tomato,Turkey, bacon, and some special spicy mayo based sauce, absolutely delicious. Never let's me down. It comes with chips of your choice. I usually get the sandwich with chips and small drink, for under $10.
You also get complimentary soft serve ice cream.
This particular location has great employees, everyone is always friendly, professional and extremely efficient. (I didn't get my servers name but he was an awesome guy, I attached a pic of the sandwich and the check so maybe the manager can give him kudos, or maybe he is the manager).
Anyway, I only give 5 stars based on Location Service Cleanliness Professionalism and efficiency of staff Food quality (and quantity sometimes)
