Was in the store at 2929 Peachtree Rd Buckhead Atlanta at 10PM on 1/9/2023. A very portly endowed dark lady was in charge with a blue McDonald's shirt on. She had a complaint from the customer and started yelling at him. Then she summoned the employee involved and started yelling at her in front of the customer. Eventually the customer apologized and left but this Manager kept yelling at the employee and humiliating her. I finally approached the Manager and asked did I need to call the police. She asked why would I do that. I said because she was yelling and humiliating an employee. She said she was just having a conversation and the lady was not an employee. Mind you this is the lady that took my order and who served the customer that had a problem and if she is not an employee, why was she waiting on customers? I told her she was not professional and that no Manager should be speaking down to an employee in front of customers. I asked again did I need to call the police and she snapped, "You just do whatever you gots to do" and she snarled at me. Very rude. This is not the first time I have witnessed employees at this store being abused by management in the late hours at this store. Horrible. I don't recommend you patronize this store after 5PM. Act like it isn't there. McDonald's need to dismiss the manager or assigned her to another store. At minimum she needs to retrained. The screaming was outrageous and I was afraid that a physical fight would begin. McDonald's please clean up your act.
Update: I wrote to McDonald's. My letter was refused, sent back and when I called corporate they refused to give me the name of the franchise owner of McDonalds at 2929 Peachtree Road, NE. I called the store and was told the Manager is "Gabriel" with no last name. The franchise owner is Cristo LLC at 1270 Caroline Street in Atlanta. Now I move on trying to get this letter to someone who will actually look at it at Cristo. NOTE: McDonald's corporate will not disclose the identity of local franchise owners of McDonald's stores as the at is apparently "Confidential."
Delivered to store 2929 Peachtree. The Manager gave me a very teethy sarcastic smile and never took action on the letter.

Read moreI arrived at this location to place a drive thru order. The lady on the speaker asked what will I like to order I said my order 3 times and waited a few minutes, no response back. I decided to drive to a window. The young African American male early 20's with blond hair told me I would have to drive back thru and place my order because no one heard my order and they can not place orders through the window. I complied placed my order through the drive thru speaker. As I waited at the 1st window, there was no one to receive my cash at the 1st window so I drove up to the next window. A guy tells me through the 1st window to reverse but I'm unable due to a SUV approaching the 1st window. As I'm at the 2nd window the male with the blond hair tells me that he cannot take cash at the second window. I told him no one was at the first window. He tells me I need to drive back around to the 1st window. I assume the manager comes the 2nd window ask me what's the problem I told her "it was my second attempt coming to the drive thru. No one was at the 1st window. If its becoming an inconvenience I can cancel my order and leave". I know for sure I said this calmly and was not yelling. I'm actually in a great mood. The blond hair male takes my money and yells " I don't know what's wrong with her but she catching an attitude!". Read moreI stopped in there as I was in Atlanta a couple weeks ago. They do ask that you wear your mask prior to entering the restaurant add to practice social distancing which I was glad to see. But I did notice that several of the employees we're wearing their protective mask below their nose. What I mean is it's halfway on their face and their noses are exposed. That's why I think that if you are going to ask us the customers to wear our masks we in turn expect you to wear yours and to wear it properly. Additionally it seems that they were paying more attention to the people in the Drive-Thru then to the actual customers standing in line which made it seem like I should have went through the drive-thru but I had to go inside to use the restroom. My wait time was about 8 minutes I wish I would just purchasing 4 cheeseburgers. Two of those burgers were for my dogs and I ask that they not put any onions pickles ketchup or mustard on the burgers to make it plain. Well they got the order wrong leaving onions pickles mustard and ketchup on all four burgers. Went to visit the nearby Badgers Field Park to let my dogs have the burgers and run loose and thank goodness I checked because the onions can make your dog very sick and I let the girl know that the two plain Burgers were for my dogs.
