This location gets very busy but last night as I got my order taken it took awhile but the girl explained that it was going to be a minute due to them not having enough employees.(which was fine bc I was very hungry and her being truthful about it made me understand even more) She was very polite about it. Might I add the line was down the street. I sat in line for about ten minutes then she came back to the speaker apologized and took my order she was so sweet. I can tell she was a little disturbed but she kept her cool. Understand I worked in fast food for a long time I know how it is. I got to the window and she was there with the smiled that warmed my heart. Seems as if she was training another employee. To take orders train another employee and still hold her composure while apologizing to the customers about the wait time that’s “PHENOMENAL” in my book. She greeted me with the biggest smile. My favorite part of it all was when she said Thank You I’ll see you again tomorrow. I visit this location more than 4x a week. I usually visit in the morning or evening but not at night. I was very impressed the way she handled everything she was even at the second window giving out the food. She went above and beyond for me while doing so much. I have to let this be known if you have not yet went to this location at night and yes it will be busy and the wait times are a little long but the food was hot fresh and everything about the visit was everything to me. That’s what you call PERFECTION GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you so much Alexis but she go by “POO” if you want to know what customer service is please visit this location at night or any other time rather this store has very much improved in the last 7 months and I live right down the street. Thank you...
Read moreI have had a few issues over the past 2 years from being charged the price of a large for a small and being told she can't reopen the register to bring given another customer's order but nothing terrible enough for me to stop going. This morning was different, I sat at the drive thru kiosk for several minutes only to make my presence known before being given the opportunity to place an order, placed it was greeted with a smile as usual to pay and the employee was nice enough to try and assist me with an issue related to the McDonald's app. Moving on I get the window to pick up my order,, bag greasy and wrinkled and I get no greeting (not gonna die from it but Chick fil a tho) food handed to me with a have a nice day no beverage. So I started I dont have my coffee and shocked the employee. What did u order? Turtle macchiato...oh shoot ok.. walks off and I can hear her say that lady said she ordered a drink but noone fixed it. I sit there looking in as I watch them scramble to fix some sort of beverage...everything I got was incorrect..... I received something in a cup with froth and a drink lid not a coffee lid...oh and a straw..the hashbrown was warm but the biscuit was freezing cold... totally disappointed that I sat there 22 minutes for nonsense. I work hard for my money only to have it taken by an organization that doesn't value my service.... I will never visit this McDonald's again.. and dont gete started on trying to reach them via telephone I didnt even know there was a such as a busy...
Read moreMy recent visit to McDonald's on Moreland was nothing short of a nightmare. I had high hopes for a quick and satisfying meal, but what I encountered was a painfully slow service and a complete lack of empathy or courtesy from the staff.
Firstly, the wait time was beyond excruciating. I understand that fast-food restaurants can get busy, but this was on another level. I stood in line for what felt like an eternity, only to find that the order-taking process was painstakingly slow. There were only a few customers ahead of me, but the staff seemed to be moving at a snail's pace. To make matters worse, the kitchen seemed to be in a state of chaos, resulting in an inexplicable delay in getting the orders out.
Customer service is a fundamental aspect of any dining experience, and it was sorely lacking at this McDonald's location. The staff's dismissive attitude left a bitter taste in my mouth, overshadowing any potential enjoyment I could have had from the food.
In conclusion, my visit to McDonald's on Moreland was a complete disaster. The excruciating wait, subpar food quality, and utter lack of sympathy and courtesy from the staff have left me with a deeply negative impression of this establishment. I can't help but feel that my time and money were wasted on an utterly disappointing and frustrating experience. I would strongly advise others to steer clear of this particular McDonald's until they address their glaring issues with service and...
