A team, I think he is a manager.
He is always so rude.
He has snapped at me twice on two different occasions.
Heâs tall black and flamboyant and I think he had blond hair under his hat.
He was working the last window in the drive through today and yelled âTHANK YOUâ at me because I did not say think you when I drove off.
I did not say anything back.
I only spoke when needed the last time I encountered him so was so aggressive and aggravated just because I did not understand him, he slammed the window and was acting so rude.
So when I saw him today I didnât say anything other than what I needed for my order.
Mind you today he was yelling at me today âthank youâ but did not offer me a greeting when I pulled up or told me to have a nice day when I left.
He clearly hates his job, and takes it out on your customers.
I usually donât write reviews because the first time he did it I forced myself to chop it up to the fact that maybe he was having a bad day, but after today this seem to be his consistent behavior at work.
The first time he almost bright me to tears cause he was so rude.
The first time I encountered him he was trying to ask me to open my wallet for Apple Pay. But I didnât understand him because if you are paying Apple Pay the iPhone pulls up the wallet automatically so I was confused why he would ask me to do it manually and he got so upset and started talking to me in a condescending voice then slammed the drive-thru window in my face. It was so bad another team member had to come to complete the transaction.
Today I am leaving a review because someone really needs help this man understand that his behavior in a customer service environment is unacceptable. He made me so upset last time my hands were shaking but I try my best to take a higher route today and leave a honest review about how how he has been treating customers.
This incident occurred today Nov 7th,2022 around 1PM before 2PM
I refuse to be a victim of verbal abuse while trying to just grab lunch. I went through drive-through the first window she greeted me it was no problem the second window when I arrived she handed me my bag with my food but before I pulled off I realized I had no grape jelly in the bag I Politely ask âhey can I have some grape jelly!â she gave me one pack for two Sausage biscuit So I ask for more she got mad frowning her face up. As she walked back to give me the grape jelly instead of her handing it to me she actually threw it to me wow all because I ask for extra grape jelly. It has to be deeper then that because I donât even know her for her to automatically have attitude with me.I'm the one spending my money for you to continue to work there (sad).    Read moreI typically just keep it moving and dont even bother, but with 2 bad experiences in a week's time at McDonalds, and after reading what seems like more bad reviews than good for this location, I had to leave a comment...I would leave a zero if possible...Worst experience at this location. Drive thru, ordered meal, chik at drive thru kept getting simple order wrong, then asks me don't I see what is on the screen-a quarter pounder pic was! told her this and had nerve to be rude and nasty. Go to window to pay, nasty even more and I don't get my receipt! I tap on window, worker rolls eyes and walks away?!? Then Big Bertha manager with no teeth (Corina) comes to window, told her what happened with her staff and needed my receipt for work purposes- She proceeds to tell me that she will not do something because I told her to but I never told her to do anything, I was letting her know I wanted to report the chik who took order and her nasty attitude..and to top it off, manager hurls 2 big spit balls at me 2x! Manager was same or worst than worker girl at drive through window! Don't think the spitting was intentional (she's missing all front teeth!) but she didn't apologize, so this is when I asked for her name from pick up window...Beware!!
