As I told the manager, I will never come to this establishment again. Their customer service and ability to be friendly or personable are both nonexistent. I came to this location tuesday around 645pm and pulled into drive thru. I was there for uber eats and told them at the speaker. The response was that im supposed to come inside but i could proceed to the second window. Im recently getting over a badly sprang ankle, so I used the drive thru because it was empty and so was the lobby. I was literally the only customer at the time. I got to the second window and was greeted with the back of an employee facing me because she was leaned against the window on her phone. I guess someone alerted her to my presence because she turned around and looked at me then walked off. Another guy walks up and I let him know Im picking up an order. He tells me as well that i should have come in but i could go ahead and pull up. I did tell him that he was the second person to say that since I had been there so at this point i get it. I dont think he liked that because i waited at least 10 minutes as I saw cars being served in drive thru and customers inside as well, but no one ever came out. When i walked in to the counter i saw the order sitting on their mobile order shelf bagged and ready. So someone could have just passed it to me thru the window or brought it to me as I was told. The manager walks in, and its the same one that was leaning on the glass with her back: i said hello how are you doing, once she got close enough. She didnt respond. I then asked if she was the manager and she said yes. I let her know about what happened and her first response was that I should have come in. So theres a customer somewhere waiting on their order from me while at one point im the only customer, but it seems to be more important that i be told what to do rather than someone just giving me the order. It does have a shake and fries which die fast. Her body language and tone yelled uninterested and at no point did anyone thank me for my patience, smile or make me feel welcome...
Read moreMy family and I went to the drive thru around 10pm on a Tuesday night. My mother and I ordered two Big Macs and a large fry. I regret the large fry that costed $2. It wasn't worth it at all. The staff that was on the night shift was actually pretty friendly and polite. We only ended up at this particular one because at the one a couple blocks away, when we went to the drive thru, the girl at the window, literally screamed at us when we attempted to order but I digress. The sandwiches were great with the exception of my mother being displeased that her pickle was torn. My only real complaint here is that the fries were awful. It was a lot of fries, even spilled out of the box into the bag. I don't eat at McDonald's often but when I do, I eat there with their fries in mind. They've been slacking lately tbh. Can't remember the last time in 5 years that I've gotten fresh fries from any McDonald's establishment. At one point I decided to just leave fries off my meal. These fries took the icing on the cake. I've never had fries this bad before. I was upset for like 3 days afterwards. They were completely inedible. We tasted a few as soon as we got on the road. We were able to eat maybe 6 of the fries before we just decided to give up and trash them later. I even tried to reheat them for a few seconds in the microwave when we got home, hoping it would bring them back to life but my plan failed. They were extremely hard, stale, dried up. I'm use to flimsy, soft, slightly greasy fries with a medium amount of salt. These weren't even seasoned! No taste. The only thing I can compare them to is dry paper. Everyone knows McDonald's has oily fries. These were so dry and brittle, if they were hair I'd recommend conditioning them for an hour or two. Waste of money, Maybe the horrible fries can be attributed to it being the end of the night, but still. They had another hour before closing time and I feel they should keep a fresh batch of fries at all times. I don't pay money for fries hard as rocks. I could've gotten ice cream with...
Read moreHonestly the worst level of service I’ve received at a McDonald’s. The level of service on the night shift is always poor and I was giving a extra dose tonight. I was using a coupon and instead of being asked what coupon or what would I like I got in the most sarcastic way “ok”. So I went around. And tried again hoping that maybe the whole “I’m tired and honestly don’t want to be here” attitude would have left. Unfortunately when I ordered again I got the GM who at the first window said “You know because customers don’t know how to order” I said excuse me are you referring to Me he said “Thanks next window and giggled “ didn’t honestly see anything funny. When I got to The next window I asked for a refund because that was totally unacceptable. He gave me a cash refund instead of putting it back to my card and didn’t give me my receipt back. I asked for it back he said no what u need it for. Because he didn’t want A bad survey. The man said he was the Gm (receipt said Sidel) he then goes outrageous outside threatening to call the police all because I wanted to take the time to do this review only because it shows the location of this McDonald’s because I was close. The other guy who identified himself as the store manager attempted to diffuse the situation but he was only deflecting to make it seem like I was the issue. All in all if this is the level of service that you guys are giving you do not deserve to be open. We all are tired and work long shifts. I don’t understand what makes these guys here feel Anymore entitled. Please fix the level Of service. I asked for a refund in fear of someone doing...
