This is the "First Moe's on Earth" but they should consider changing the name to the "Worst Moe's on Earth." On multiple occasions this location has been out of chicken or closed early despite the hours online and on the door displaying as being open. When I attempted to speak to a manager "Deleon" he told me there was nothing he could do about it and would not give me the name or number of his supervisor. I have wasted 3 different trips to this location and left without food and the staff has made no effort to recompensate for my lost time and effort. If an owner or manager reads this please reply as to how you will correct this issue or I can assure you that I will never be returning to the Worst Moe's on Earth.
Edit: I left my name and number and was told a manager would call me, they never called. I called the store and voiced my concerns to a manager over the phone who then hung up on me, I will never be returning to this location and would recommend any other restaurant in the area if you want to be treated with respect.
Update: A district manager named Valencia Franklin reached out to apologize for the service at this location. To be clear my frustration is not with Moe's franchise as a whole, just the location...

Patricia was another stand out member who was multitasking like a pro…overall cleanliness and professionalism was nice. I entered and there was no one behind me or in front of me so I THOROUGHLY explained that I have 2 orders on the same tickets and would like to complete one before the other. Ron handed off my first order to Rico (grateful for this in the end) and then proceeded to rush me into my second order at the same time. Read moreI had such a bad customer service experience that I won't return to this location, and that's after being a regular customer for over a year. An entree was missing in a to-go order, and when I called to inquire, I was told that the order was correct (fyi don't do this). I was then told that the one entree would be refunded. Fair enough, except that was a lie as I was fully charged. Emailed customer support and I've heard nothing back. Such a simple fix that I would be willing to overlook, but oh well, I'll go somewhere else.
**EDIT: After posting, the store did reach out and process the refund. Funds were added to the Moe's account, too, to try the store again.
I went back and still had a small issue (side request) with the order being incomplete. Having to tear apart a tied up to-go order and dig through the food isn't ideal but it happens. I went back up and requested the side items and wasn't treated the warmest by the cashier. I'll come back if I order in-store but ordering pickup has been too much of a headache...
