I ordered about 10 minutes ahead of time in the app for in-store pickup, not realizing this was primarily a drive-thru location. When I arrived, I realized that the limited parking available in back was totally blocked in by the drive thru line and would be very difficult to get out of. It took me about 15 minutes to get through the drive-thru line to the point where I could park in the parallel parking spots that were more accessible. By the time I got my coffee it had been 25 minutes since I initially ordered, and of course, my iced coffee was completely melted.
