Starbucks — Restaurant in Atlanta

I ordered about 10 minutes ahead of time in the app for in-store pickup, not realizing this was primarily a drive-thru location. When I arrived, I realized that the limited parking available in back was totally blocked in by the drive thru line and would be very difficult to get out of. It took me about 15 minutes to get through the drive-thru line to the point where I could park in the parallel parking spots that were more accessible. By the time I got my coffee it had been 25 minutes since I initially ordered, and of course, my iced coffee was completely melted. Total waste of time and money, which could have easily been avoided by removing the in-store pickup...

I usually love stopping here, but today was the worst experience. The guy at the window was SO rude, didn’t say a word, practically threw my coffee and muffin at me, my muffin was cold even tho I asked for it warmed, and when I said something, the guy just stared at me. When I said thank you, nothing was said back. He was very rude and the lady that took my order at the drive thru was not very nice either, I usually stop here because it’s convenient but I’d rather go out of my way than have someone...

So I get the same order every time I go to Starbucks without fail and for some reason this Starbucks in particular almost always does not pay attention to the fact that I want Light Ice and it is literally gotten to the point where they have given me three free drinks in the last month when I called and complained.
