The food was amazing. I'm a California guy, dating an Atlanta girl, and I was out for a visit. Found this spot when looking for a place to get lunch. The spot may not look like much. It's inside an older house, and you sit on kitchen chairs while you wait for your cooked to order meal. If you're looking for some fancy, linen tablecloth seafood restaurant, this isn't for you. If you're looking for a place where the people are wonderful, the food is worth every penny, in a neighborhood, old school environment, you just found your new spot. I ordered the large snow crab meal, and my girl ordered the small blue crab meal. Both came with the crab, shrimp, potatoes, sausage, and corn. A real Southern style plate. Other places load you up on the cheap stuff, lots of potatoes, sausage and corn, with a bit of crab and shrimp. Not here. You get more of the good stuff than you thought you would, and those potatoes are so good that I saved a chunk of crab for later. If they have slices of red velvet cake that day, get that too. You won't be disappointed. I'd move to Atlanta to eat here at least weekly. Y'all are doing a good thing there, don't ever change.

After waiting over an hour just for them to take my order I waited another hour on my food. I ordered a boss plate, 2 crab cakes and a shrimp plate with 2 extra eggs. I finally get my food home (over 30 minute drive) and notice the extra eggs I paid for weren't in my plate. I called the who answered the phone hung up on me I called back and explain I am missing eggs, the girl call back my order and ask me why am I looking for 2 extra eggs even after she called my order back and specifically said I paid for 2 extra eggs. This idiot ask me to drive back over 30 minutes to get my 2 missing eggs, never mind I just spent over 2 hours waiting on my food and I spent over $55 and if I drive back my food would be cold. Worst customer service ever, they risk getting a complaint over 2 eggs that cost $1.

I love that I always get large portions and the crabs are seasoned nicely. The potatoes are always a hit or miss, the corn is nasty and the sausages are low quality. The wait can be long but that just means your food will be hot. It is in a house so there isn't any seating available. It's very straightforward so don't expect really any smiling or warm greetings. If you want seafood that's not too expensive then give this place a try. I got the snow crab combo which includes: 1 cluster, shrimp, corn, and sausages for $26 (I think). Not bad and you do get a bigger portion size than other places (Juicy Crabs). Their butter sauce isn't hitting on much so you may have to make your own. Overall, I'll return if I'm in the neighborhood and want some seafood, but I wouldn't make it my top priority.

I was so excited to come to this place after seeing it on TikTok. My sister and I went on 7/13/21 @8pm as we waited for my nieces to get out of young Nudi’s concert. Everything is served in plastic including drinks, which didn’t bother me at all. The music is sooooo dope and we were enjoying ourselves. We stayed for about 2 1/2hrs and loved that it was free parking around the corner. Our waitress was attentive and I have no issues up until I left. I was charged $50 for a $25 ticket as my sister paid her ticket in cash. I asked the waitress why so much and she said that’s my bill. I sat in my car for a while and added things up and my meal didn’t exceed over $25! I immediately called the place and spoke with a manager and he said that don’t worry it’s a preauthorized transaction but it will show up in my account by Monday. He reassured me that everything was fine and to cal back if that didn’t work. He said that the fee was in case someone left without paying. I was a bit confused but trusted the process as I enjoyed my night. I called them a week later and the manger took my information and assured someone would give me a call. No one has called me back. I called again a few weeks later in September after my surgery because my money was never refunded and I spoke with a manager and he took all of my info down and said someone would call me in a few days. I ask so inquired about my bday night and having about 20guests come through to celebrate with me. I was told the event manager will call me back and he will issue my refund once he finds my ticket. I was in detail because my sister and I didn’t receive a receipt that night. I then called last weekend and I was told no managers were on site and someone would give me a call back. Now it is 2 months later and I haven’t received a refund or a call back from anyone. I am extremely disappointed because I was excited to have a bday celebration here but I’m afraid that my guests will deal with financial fraud at this business. I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt because I enjoyed myself. However, when it comes to innocent peoples money that worries me. $25 is not the problem... the customer service and communication is and I am extremely disappointed at this moment. I had to cancel my bday celebration because no one got back to me about that. It would’ve been a very good $$$$ night but yet I’m going to file a fraud complaint with this business at this moment. It is what it is. So advise others to pay and get a receipt and do not leave until you add everything up yourself. Otherwise keep walking and do not visit this place...

Okay I've been scoping this restaurant out for awhile. I made sure to go at least 3 times before coming to a conclusion. The food in my opinion is very good, however having good food is just one aspect of tackling the beast. NUMBER 1 The customer service and the way the spokesperson for this business responds to customers is ATROCIOUS to say the least. I would be so insulted and offended if I am spoken to like I have seen countless of people spoken to. That needs to change ASAP of your good food and large portions will only keep you afloat but for so long. NUMBER 2 wait times are entirely out of control and shows no regards for your customers. I was there last week and the young lady that took my order must have forgotten to send my ticket up and I needed up waiting two complete hours for ONE snow combo. Once I informed the staff about it they did try and rectify the situation by giving me a shrimp plate and a shrimp plate on the house for a future visit. HOWEVER once I got home I came to realize all I had was shrimp plates. My snow combo was left out and I paid for a snow combo, not a shrimp plate. That was extremely frustrating. NUMBER 3 A larger variety on your menu would be nice as well. It's only 3 or 4 item on your menu...that puts a strain on your clientele. And lastly your area is not convenient to the customers. The parking lot is always the battle of parking spaces and it's a maze to get out of due to lack of room. You should also make the "house" comfortable. I know it's summer time but you must be able to adapt to that and keep it cool for your staff and customers. No need to take offense because every once in awhile I will come back however o won't be a regular like I planned. And the only thing motivating me to come back every so often is the good food and the portions....as I stated before that's only HALF...

We missed our reservation at the spot next door. We were standing on the sidewalk and a man, who we later found out was the owner, told us to come in that they could accommodate us. We asked specifically if they served brunch and he said yes. When the waitress came over they only had 2 things available on their menu. She said that it was seafood Saturday but they didn't have the salmon tocos and no grits for the shrimp and grits. We spoke to one of the managers and he said that the owner probably didn't know that they don't have the items on the menu??? Chicken & waffles and French toast with eggs and a meat is all they had. The waitress was a sweetheart, but she was put in a bad situation. She was the only one serving. Our food came out at different times and my daughter got hers when we were all finished eating. People were coming in because the other business had over a 2 hour wait but they were walking out just as fast! It was 12 of us and they were not prepared to serve a party that size or to serve ANYBODY BRUNCH! Maybe your night life service is better but as for brunch either get your business management up or leave the brunch to the premium spot down the street. The service we received today was AWEFUL. I am a black business advocate, but there is no way I can give you anything past a 2! Please do better, you are in a great location to be great but you have to make some...
