My family has a membership primarily to use the lap pool and fitness facilities and we thoroughly enjoy it. Depending on the time there may be 2+ swimmers using each of the 4 lap lanes. They allow up to 6 people per lane for circular swim. My daughter conditions for her school swim team on days that her team doesn't practice so this helps since it's located on our normal route home from school. They provide sufficient water weights and swim boards for water workouts and there is a dive board at each lap lane (they have the white covers on them that you remove if you choose to use them for competitive swim practice. Just remove the bungee cord from underneath and lift it off). The locker rooms are clean, almost never anyone else in the locker rooms and there are plenty of rest room stalls, sinks and showers. There is also a water extractor for swim suits. $245 family membership up to 4 people was the best deal for us and is well worth the annual membership. Or $5 per visit. You can also only get a child membership for $65 or an adult membership for $110 for the year. I love that the membership allows access to all city of Atlanta recreation facilities and pools. It's a sweet deal. If you're looking for more lap lanes, Washington park has approx 10-12 lap lanes but I know some swim teams train there so call to check lane availability. The pool is great but operate with the worst reservation system in the world. Bookings can only be made 7 days in advance however it's almost impossible to get a booking. I have spent the last 3 days that they are open calling non stop with from 750 untill someone picked up (a range of 815 to 825) only to be told on each occasion that they were fully booked or that there was one spot open at an obscure time. I struggle to understand how despite their only being 3 operating lanes, every single 30 min reservation for a day is booked within the first 15mins of operation.

We was celebrating my niece's wedding, once we arrived we discovered that the Air Condition WASNT WORKING!!! on a hot day!! The young ladies at the desk wasn't helpful in Rectifying the problem! They had no contact information . So of course we proceeded with their wedding bcuz the guests were arriving and it was a last minute could go anywhere else. It was very HOT 🔥 inside the outdoor felt better. I sure hope the refunded her 1/2 of their money back. We were totally shocked and upset. This was unacceptable and Unprofessional!!
