This review is for Tiffany Leake Hunter. I booked an appointment online with this lady because of a video I saw on Facebook; Whereas she did a great job of a short natural hair style. After making this appointment, I received a confirmation that the appointment was set. The appointment was for November 27,2024.. The day before Thanksgiving. I caught a Lyft ride from Union City to the salon, which was Located on Decatur Street somewhere in the downtown area. Upon my arrival I spoke with a lady; she informed me that Tiffany was not there, and was out of town for the holiday. Wow, I was in awe because I traveled quite a distance in a Lyft for this appointment; not to mention that I had to travel back via Lyft; Because my ride that I scheduled with a friend to pick me up was not available, being that I would not be seen at the salon, causing her not to be able to pick me up for our scheduled time. As a result of this POOR customer service/professionalism on behalf of the stylist, Ms.Tiffany Leake-Hunter/ Ken Bailey Salon, Vagaro appt.setter; I ended up having to pay about $81.00 for a round trip fare tip included. as a result of this failed appointment, I chose to file this review to allow everyone to know, how awful and unprofessional this Salon/stylist Tiffany Leake-Hunter does business. I’ve been here three times for a wash and set, a wash and a trim, and a wash and blow out. I absolutely LOVE this hair studio. For one, the vibe is very chic and stylish. Additionally, it still has that beauty salon vibe which is very comforting. I’ve gone three times and Tiffany has been my stylist two of the three times. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the name of the woman that mainly seems to hold down the shampoo bowls, but she is phenomenal. She will leave your hair and scalp squeaky clean yet moisturized.

This lady (Jackie) overcharged me for a relaxer and style.. she didn't even do what I requested and I made sure to also post what I requested so you guys can see the difference.
