Just don't go here after like 4-5pm. Or on a Sunday afternoon. Probably just avoid it altogether. There's no fast food place where you should be waiting an hour for your food. Put a mobile order in hoping to pull up and grab it. I should have remembered the last time I was there (around noon on a Sunday) the drive thru line was ridiculously slow. It should not take 10 mins per car. Same thing tonight. Line out into the road and it was 55 mins before I had my food in hand.
Just go to checkers. They actually care a little bit, have a completely separate line for pickup orders, are fast and don't look miserable. Whatever you guys are doing to the night shift - hire more workers and/or pay them more. Whoever owns this location obviously just doesn't care. Which is bizarre because you could be making far more money if it didn't take an hour for a customer to go through the drive thru.
EDIT - just wanted to update! This place is an absolute, complete nightmare. Every time I've been here. Every single time what I think will be a quick 10 minute trip turns into a 45 minute ordeal. Show up to pickup a mobile order at like 10:45. Drive thru line is completely empty. No one is answering at the call box. I wait a few minutes and then mention it to someone coming out to take the trash out who tells me it'll be just a moment. Wait a few more minutes. Pull around to the window after getting frustrated. They tell me it'll be a few minutes while they switch over to lunch. Pull into the parking spot. Typical. It's been about 15 mins and I'm still waiting.
This is typical for EVERY SINGLE time. I've never been to this place and had it take less than a half an hour to simply get food. For the like $12 I'm spending, I can go to a sports bar, get seated, order food, eat, and leave in less time than it takes to get food here and for around...

She was talking thru the speaker at the drive thru and I could hear her but she didn’t mute her headphones and I guess she was talking to the customer at the window and said an order that wasn’t mine…no naturally I’m gonna say “no that’s not my order” bcuz I didn’t know she was talking to someone else and not me.. she def didn’t say that cuz if she did I wouldn’t have said anything. When I said that wasn’t my correct order, she screamed at me like she was talking to her baby daddy that owed her money “I already told you to drive around! U could’ve drove around like 3 or 4 times already!” ……huh?????? Who talks like that??? lol. When I got to the window, i was gonna ask why she was being so rude to me, but she bursted open the window and immediately said “yea, it was me that said that!” …….B4 I could even utter a word. So then I’m like “so what’s the problem? Why are u so rude?” Then she literally doubled down on her rudeness “because I already told you to drive around and I wasn’t talking to you!” With just the nastiest stankiest attitude and mouth. No apology. No “my bad, I actually was talking to someone else and forgot to mute my microphone”… she just continued snapping at me. I def don’t think I should’ve been spoken to like that as a CUSTOMER. I could see if I was rude first, but I definitely wasn’t. I really think she should be fired, or at least sent to the back to wash dishes if that’s how she’s gonna talk...
