Willy's Mexicana Grill — Restaurant in Atlanta

"I have visited the store on Roswell Rd many time over the last 19+ years. I learned of Willy's from a co-worker after talking about how much I missed burrito's. I moved here from the Bay. I have visited Roswell Rd, W Paces Ferry, Howell Mill, Hammond Dr, Sandy Springs and most recently in Peachtree City stores. When my friends visit from Oakland, they bring me what I refer to as "real burrito's'. A few months ago, I visited the Roswell Rd store for the first time in a while, (I'm no longer in the area). I was so disgusted by the service I said to myself I would not return. I went so far as to tell the lady operating the cash register that the person who prepared my food was rude. She said the food preparer was her manager. That left no one to complain too. I re-visited the store again on Tuesday, 10/22. I was headed out of town on business and wanted a quick bite. Burrito's and nacho's are great for long drives and easily reheated in a hotel room. When I opened the nacho's I was very disappointed. The chips were hard, not the normal Willy's chips, light and crisp, and the cheese was sour. I had too far to travel to turn around. I'm writing because I'm disappointed and will probably never return to the Roswell store, the first store I every visited in 1999/2000. The nacho's are still in my fridge. I hate throwing food out, hence, why I brought them back with me. I know the Roswell Rd store was a training store but there is something wrong at that location. I really enjoy your burrito's and nacho's. I know a lot of people near the Roswell Rd store who buy food there. Please retrain your staff. Ask what happen to your product last Tuesday. Good...

Let me just say that I am a foodie first lol. I love great flavors and i love great customer care/service. I have frequented this particular Willy's for at-least a year now. Everytime we come in we are greeted pleasantly even if its at 945pm and they are closing at 10pm lol. The manager on duty ( i don't know his name) but he is by far one of the best managers I have ever seen when it comes to managing a busy place like this Willy's.

I see now why this particular Willy's is the #1 training restauraunt for all the other Willy's new employees. We always get a veggie burrito no rice and a side of queso with jalapenos and cilantro in it lol. They know me so well they are already on it by the time my burritto is done being wrapped lol. I know this post is long but I am so serious the food is fire every single time. The customer care with your food is on point everytime, All of the team member and managers are top tier in my opinion. This Willy's is #1 on Roswell rd in buckhead .....

On April 10th, we ordered lunch for our staff at our facility. Upon, eating a dead bug was found in the food. I called and asked for the manager and they assistant manager seemed uninterested. I asked for the owners name and he gave me his name Ramee and his contact information. I reached out to the owner and even sent a picture of the food with the dead bug. Upon, speaking to Ramee he never apologized or even cared about what just happened. He offered to refund for that particular meal and I advised him it was several orders for a total of approximately $70. He said he would refund and offered to remake the food. Again, he never apologized and never showed any signs of empathy. At that point, I advised him I that I was going to report this to the media. He then stated that he has pest control come and check.
