I had the worst experience I have ever had at any chained fast food restaurant on Dec 27 at 9:15pm I was disgusted to experience so many people who had such a lack of care, empathy or pride for what they were doing and the people they were working to provide a service for.
I waited OVER 30 mins in a drive thru line at the Zaxby's location on Camp Creek Pkwy. (Princeton Lakes Way)The drive through line is enclosed, therefore abandoning the order due to long wait times was not an option. I would have to wait until the staff completed fulfilling the orders of the customers in front of me.
When we finally got to the window my milkshake was completely melted. Total liquid. Instead of recognizing this when handling the items, the drive thru clerk took the money handed my sister (the driver) the milkshake. The driver noticed this immediately and asked for another one. Through the window we could see all of the associates moving slowly, talking, laughing with each other and the young lady who was supposed to be fulfilling the order had stopped to chat. At first we tried to continue to be patient, after a few mins I got out of the car to go inside. When I walked in I saw several employees joking laughing and actually talking about the milkshake.(they didn't know I had come from the car, the driver was still at the window). I immediately asked for the manager. No one moved for a while, and after I asked again an employee yelled to the back that I needed management. Someone yelled to the front a few questions, looked through the back of house order window and another employee pointed me out. I'd never experienced such unprofessionalism is such a brazen way. It was unbelievable. They still had no idea why I was there and continued to move slow and as if they were all daydreaming or under the influence. All of this and no one had even started on a milkshake to replace the liquid my sister had. After a min or so a lady came from the back. She went to several other employees specifically acknowledging the young lady that was supposed to be remaking the milkshake for my sister, who had now broken the top of the the whip-creme and was showing this to the lady, who had come from the back. They literally had a conversation, inviting another person in as they asked him to get her another can, then this lady asked a different employee, who needed a manager, and there I sat. (Let me also point out that all this time had passed and still no milkshake was made). I was livid, and embarrassed that such a horrible establishment was in this community. The managers shirt was dingy, unkept and poorly fitted. She wore nothing to suggest she was a manager, her hair was tousled. Was this the person running the ship?! I explained the situation and she looked blankly at me, as if subconsciously asking me what did I want her to do about it. I asked to be refunded, because after calling my sister who was in the car and discouraged she had given up and no longer wanted it. The employees where embarrassed to hear that I was the lady in the car that still sat outside of their window. The "manager" never apologized, never offered to remake the milkshake or compensate me in anyway. She just slowly handed me the cash as I heard the employee who was supposed to be making the shake complain to a coworker about what I had said. Outloud, as I stood there, in my face, with no remorse. When I left I could see the line had literally wrapped around the entire building. Almost making a complete circle, which was not too off from the original line we sat in to start. (Wrapped around half of the building to the side door)
I think every employee in there should be drug tested. It was honestly so bad that I really question whether they were in their right minds and functioning normally.

I watched her count what appreared to be 30.00 but left there and went to the gas station to pay for 30.00 in gas (with the change I received) only to learn that I had 29.00. I immediately called the store and asked for the manager, Owen and began to explain what happened. I gave him the cashier's name and explained that she didn't put in the amount tendered (50.00) she entered 20.31 (displayed on the receipt). Owen tells me its nothing he can do. I told him her drawer should have been over $1. He explains that they had already counted her till and there was nothing he could do. I asked who owned the store and he begins to argue with me and avoid telling me who owns the store and who the district manager is. It wasn't about the dollar as much as it was about the poor customer service he displayed. I was merely wanting to make him aware of the situation and he became defensive and irrate. Read moreOn 10/16/2020 at around 4:45pm, I ordered a Cobb Salad with fried chicken and a House Salad with fried chicken one with blue cheese one with ranch and a five piece Chicken Finger. So lets start with the Cobb Salad, it had no cucumbers or bacon and half of an egg and no tomato at all, now we will go to the House Salad turns out it was a chicken Caesar Salad my dressings were Caesar and Honey Mustard so needless to say my whole order was wrong. So when I first placed my order it was a young lady, then she said one moment please, then a man got on and asked me to repeat my order. then I get to the window and I think this gentleman was a manager, he ask me did I order three different items I finally said no and gave him my order now after all of this how the Hell could you get it wrong but they failed big time. I work in the Camp Creek area and have always received great service at this location but that did not happen today.
