My family and I just moved to the Jacksonville area due to military orders. This was our first time eating at this resturant.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

Once seated we waited 15 min before we were asked for our drink order. We asked for waters and 2 beers. waited another 15 min to get them. Asked a randon girl walking buy whe it was taking so long. Then ordered onion rings. They came out kinda burnt and cold. Ate them anyway. Placed our dinner orders..

!.) Chicken Sandwitch, no pickle, add cooked onion and frys. 2.) Corned Beef N Cabbage. 3.) FULL Shepherds Pie. ADD cheese.

Waited another 30 min too receive the food, and everything was cold. Cornedbeef cold to the touch. mashed potatoes ice cold. Cabbage luke warm. Sheppard Pie Cold on top semi warm on the bottom. chicken sandwich with pickles on it, and no onions.

The waitress seemed very disconnected with whatever the kitchen staff was making. Our son went up and asked fro his sandwitch to be fixed. They threw uncooked onions on it and took off the pickle. We never received water refills, nor were we asked how our meals were. Server showed back up at the end of our meal after being there for an hour and saw that most of our food was not ate. Not once were we asked if we would like things fixed or even asked how we enjoyed the meal. My partner spoke with the manager and explained our horrible experience. the manager came back with a $30 dollar gift card! Our bill came out $94.60. This is not the type of experance anyone should receive from a resturant. At this point I would like someone to contact me so we can ask for a full refund. thank you KINDLY.

UPDATE: Manager on site said sorry for our experience and gave us a $30 gift card, when we asked for a refund!

Sent message to owner email and website about our experience! A week later zero reply! Sad folks just...

Had an amazing meal at Culhane's for lunch! We are usually very skeptical of "Irish" restaurants in the States because my wife is Irish, and most of them are Americanized, poor imitations of the real deal. However, this one warrants a full review. Sorry for the messy photos, smelled too good not to try first. TLDR: GO HERE!

We started off with Connor's wings with Peruvian sauce (sort of a spiced sweet and sour, but not spicy) and Kitty's Irish leek and potato soup. They were excellent! The potato soup was my wife's and didn't last long enough for a photo...recurring theme, sorry. I also had a snakebite G. It's Guinness and Magners, and if you're a rookie take head. It's called a snakebite because it will sneak up and bite you.

While taking a break from the snakebite, my wife accidentally ordered the crock o' stew instead of the onion soup I wanted, which was a delightful mistake because we had both. Well seasoned, piping hot, hearty, just how you want them.

For entrees, we had the bangers and mash and the Dingle fish pie (which they made even though it was lunchtime). Again, my wife destroyed the bangers so no photo, LOL. The fish pie can only be done justice by trying it, but I will say my wife who likes neither cod, nor salmon thought it was good. I LOVED it! The fish was fresh with NO fishy taste, partly due to the amazing vodka cream sauce, which was creamy but light and lemony, not heavy. The dish was hearty with the vegetables, and the crusted cheese topping was perfect.

Outstanding meal and service by Amaya (hope I spelled that correctly)! Thank y'all! We will be returning because our stomachs have limits, and I can only get snakebitten so many times in one day, but you are the real...

I don’t like to post bad reviews but since the messenger admin ghosted me I feel it’s necessary. We were there for a watch party. After straightening out that the manager gave away our requested section we were asked to sit at the bar. That was fine. It was busy. No problem. Only complaint with food quality was the beer cheese. It was cold. The bartender was annoyed that we asked to send it back. She gave us a detailed explanation of why it was cold. Should that matter? I don’t think so. I tipped her well so she didn’t think we thought it was her fault. I placed a to go order for a dessert. They brought out the bag after about 20 minutes and it was tied up. I didn’t check it. Suppose that was my fault. I got home 40 minutes away and there was a small cup of melted ice cream and no dessert in the bag. My husband ate the ice cream. I called but got no answer. They were slammed. I know. I messaged Culhanes Atlantic on FB. They asked for a receipt number. I told them I didn’t have the receipt. Didn’t think I’d need to keep it, left it on the bar. I’ve messaged a couple times since then as I got no reply. It was only $8+ dollars. Not going to break me. But still… customer service is customer service. The ghosting was unprofessional. The manager that night was unprofessional. I won’t be attending any more watch parties there with our club. Or taking friends when they...
