I recently had the misfortune of visiting Marry Lou's Coffee in South Attleboro, and let me tell you, it was an experience I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.
First off, let's talk about the serviceâor lack thereof. I waited an eternity for my order, watching as other customers who came in after me were served before me. It's like they had a personal vendetta against efficiency. And when my order finally did arrive, it was a complete disaster. My drink was not even close to what I asked for. It's like they were playing a game of "guess the customer's order," and they lost spectacularly.
But the icing on the cake was the encounter with Ava, the so-called barista. Not only did she take forever to acknowledge my existence, but when I was trying to pay for my order and pulled out some change from my pocket, she had the audacity to sneer and call me "poor." Excuse me? Last time I checked, customer service involved treating patrons with a modicum of respect, regardless of their financial situation.
Overall, the food was passable, but the service was abysmal. With rude staff like Ava and a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who values their time or dignity. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else where they actually appreciate...

Why is corporate telling a bratty little teenager, what is being said about her, she had such an attitude I was disgusted and when I go tell corporate, corporate tells her manager which tells her and she goes and threatens me on social media and all the sudden they donât service me? I been going to this Marylouâs way longer than sheâd even work there, and spent probably 1000s of dollars on coffees there as I was a regular, and now you lost me, all my friends and family. Over one of your employees scaring me away with their bratty attitude. Where are...
Read moreDon't get me wrong, Im a regular here; love the drinks and the service. They know me by name. The reason for the low review is the inflation of the prices! 5$ for a small drink is INSANE. It used to be around 3$! I come to three different Mary Lou's locations at least twice a week, I love their drinks, food not so much, they always burn the stale croissants, but the workers are so kind and accommodating I've never had any issues before. I'm really disappointed about the prices going up, this is a local joint, Im not rating this particular store, Im just hoping that the company's branch will see they need to return...
