A&W Restaurant — Restaurant in Auburn Hills

I was here yesterday on Sunday March 20th, 2022 around 4:15-4:20PM. There was a woman working as the cashier and she was incredibly rude towards me. She made not one but three remarks to me about moving forward and being in the way. I have a service dog, whom was completely silent and obedient the entire time I was in line and she kept calling me out. I understand that this establishment was busy and Im not discounting that, but just a bit of kindness goes a long way. I will never return to this establishment because of this reason alone. I hope you do some training with your employees about disabilities and customer service.

My pregnant fiance ordered a Coney dog and are a third of it before I noticed the bottom of the bun was green, black and grey in mold. They didn't even refund us. They were irritated with my complaint. I'm irritated my fiancee and baby's health were put in jeapordy. Disgusting. It's no wonder when you go on a&ws website, you can't contact them any way but email. I suppose it's much easier to do the wrong thing when you can hide behind a screen. I ate at this restaurant to have a different taste, each restaurant has their own touch of taste, but this one just a regular burger. The other surprise was the size, it was a shrinked Burger was very small. I went back to them and asked them if this is the same that I paid for, which is showing big and healthy in the display photo. They said yes, paid about $18 for two sandwiches, classic one and the cheese burger one. I am not a picky guy when I eat, but this I made many comments about it.
