Taco Bell — Restaurant in Auburn Hills

i love taco bell but this one is terrible. they are a disgrace to taco bell’s name. i ordered my regular which is a baja blast no ice, cheesy fiesta potatoes, and a cheese quesadilla with EXTRA creamy jalapeño sauce. i received my food and prepared to take a bite into my delicious cheese quesadilla filled with that EXTRA creamy jalapeño sauce. as soon as i bit into that piece of cardboard, i knew my day was ruined. there was NO sauce on my quesadilla. i would have stopped eating it but i payed for this tbell and i was NOT going to waste it. six painful minutes later i had finished my quesadilla. disappointed, i reached for my fiesta potatoes and popped one in my mouth. not even two seconds later that potato was out of my mouth. it tasted like it had been on the floor collecting dust for the past eight months. i couldn’t even bring myself to finish the potatoes. only good thing from this “tbell” was the baja. it wasn’t just me either. they did not give my friend a receipt or her change. the squad and i walked away feeling like we were all going to throw up. that is not the feeling i wanted to have after...

Went here with my son who really looks forward to Taco Bell and got robbed by the employees. He wanted Chalupa's so we ordered Chalupa's. Waited 20 minutes while people who ordered after us were being served. I asked if they could check my receipt and they asked me if I had already received my food. Why would I be asking where my food is if I had already received it. Then they conversed for a couple minutes and they told me they would get my order ready. 10 minutes later I asked if they were working on it and they started questioning each other on the line. At that point I started asking if I could just get a refund. They all started asking each other on how to give a refund. Then someone set a bag on the counter and they all agreed it was my order. The receipts matched. We took the bag into the food court to eat and all they did was threw in a few soggy beef soft shelled taco's in a bag, which was no where near the value of the Chalupa's we had ordered. If I were to give this a Taco Bell exclusive rating, a 4. Cleaniness is good, for light staff, WAY faster than most Taco Bells I've been that were standalone, and tacos aren't overstuffed with toppings with low meat out of laziness. As a restaurant, meh. The nacho fries are very lovely and I wish more restaurants adapted it. But everything else, the burritos are always given the lightest care so you always give an avalanche of sour cream. The tacos have lost a bit of crunch on the top half. And the prices have gone up a bit so cheap but tasty isn't a virtue anymore. Serviceable for a quick bite, just don't expect...
