Panda Express — Restaurant in Auburn Hills

Hello All, just had a visit to Great Lakes Mall and wanted to try the food at Panda Express since my niece raves about it! The line was long, service was slow & they over charged me! When I asked for a refund everyone tried to explain the over charge but NOT refund my money so I left with the food and a nice guy offered to buy the food and reimburse me because he said he totally understood my complaint which was very valid....so in the end I got my refund but if YOU want to be taken advantage of with the way prices are going up then go but if you value your money and a restaurant that stands behind their prices(reflected)and VALUE customers service I strongly suggest YOU DO NOT go to the Panda Express in...

If I could give this location zero stars I would. After waiting in line for ten minutes we finally were able to order (drive through only) and we were told it was cook to order only with 15-20 minute wait time. We agreed to wait and ordered our food. After waiting almost 20 minutes we finally received our order, the bag was knotted tight and there were several cars waiting to leave behind us so I did not open the bag to check what was inside the boxes was accurate- as the receipt taped on stated the correct items. This location was dead slow around 6-7pm. I order a bigger plate with 2 kinds of chicken, lo mein and fried rice. Panda usually serving generous portions was not the case here. Not only were the line workers lacking any life in them, I was served less than half the containers space for the biggest option. They seemed too busy talking to one another than to say more than my total and seemed quite irritated when I ordered an extra side of rice. The total came out to be around 20 dollars for rice and chicken! This location was disappointing and a waste of money. Pathetic portion sizes and rude service. Would not go here again even if the other food court location...
