Converse Factory Store — Local services in Auburn Hills

This store is great. I was lucky to catch a 40% off sale on clearance on top of a friends and family coupon/event (which gave me another 30% off). Ended up snagging 6 set of shoes for $100 and the staff was fantastic. They kept checking on me (without being overbearing) and even were able to check clearance stock of a shoe style I liked to see if it was in my size. Which saved me a fair amount of time rather than hunting the entire wall.

I have never been to GLC. 8/21/21 was my first time. Went to this store. Sales ppl were friendly/great. This store does NOT open till 11am. It states on there open at8am/10am. Nope! Wrong. Either way I was able to walk around and look at some other stores. No harm. Ladies if you are looking/wanting the platform styles: you will need to go online not a good selection. Yes. My converse shoes ripped in half from merely walking and I’ve tried continuously to report this issue to Converse. After 6 months of contact with them on and off, the customer service is non-responsive and practically ignoring our problem with their shoe.
