This review is for the Auntie Anne’s near Nordstrom Rack not the one near the food court. While I was waiting to order, I saw one of the employees put a cup full of pretzel bites for the manager (caucasian with ginger/brownish hair) with tongs which is correct sanitary wise. I then proceeded to see that same manager reach into the rest of the pretzel bites to grab more to add into his cup with his bare hands. No gloves, hand-washing, or even his mask covering his mouth and nose. He was handling money near the back computer and touching his computer & face prior to doing that and proceeded to do so even after grabbing that pretzel bite. The lady behind me was even in shock and asked me if I saw what happened. This is a serious cross contamination issue that needs to be taken care of even if it seems minor. Note to self, always check what’s in your bag before you walk away.

Over 5 dollars for a soda at the fountain that only had sugar free options to choose from, and over cooked pretzels that were prepped poorly. On getting a refill for a drink I had to settle with baeed on limited options, the employee came up to us aggressively stating that we had to pay an $1 plus change for a refill that wasn't displayed on the menu or soda fountain. You would think over five dollars just for a soda would cover one refill. Make pretzels and your service to paying customers...
