Went here last Friday, 8/20/21 for take out. We ordered the skirt steak, pupusas and rice. The wait was longer than what we were told so I thought perfection takes time, this should be good. No, not all. The rice was hard and clumpy and medium rare steak was leather. The pupusa had no flavor except the corn meal taste. We were also served salsa which resembled a sauce that you might get from Taco Time.

To their credit the cook in back was really working and obviously behind on orders as the uber eats type driver left in disgust to complain to I don't know who. This appears to be an independently owned place.

I recommend not eating in this place, everything is expensive and apart from that you run the risk of gastrointestinal diseases. The food and soups are stored and reserved frozen for 12 days and they only defrost and reheat them. Apart from that, they add coloring to them so that they look fresh, it is not A good place to eat, I don't recommend it and someone should play cards in the matter or call the public avalanche. The procedure for preparing their dishes is disgusting. Apart from that, the owner of that place is a vulgar woman and offends her workers. Visited this place for the first time a couple of weeks ago. Had their pupusas which were great but I did not like their Agua Fresca. Don't know what they add to it but I've had the same drinks at other Mexican restaurants and it's a completely different taste. I wouldn't have their drinks there. Plus the service they gave made me not want to go back. To the owner: if you want to succeed in your buisness I suggest you hire or train your staff to be more people oriented.
