Edited 10/23 - absolutely love the team they have now! So much improvement!!! The food is great and they don’t skimp on portions. Also, if you don’t know about the brisket, you better go an get you some! Note, my previous review, I believe they had been open for maybe 2-3 weeks. I’m just happy I can eat there now!
I am genuinely concerned for the safety of the public. I get they just opened and right now it’s mostly teenagers running the place. But you cannot open a chipotle and allow teenagers who’ve only served popcorn and may not have ever cooked a vegetable in their life to cook food properly.
You can tell the employees are trying and I received great customer service from them. From what i saw, they were all hustling and working together (kudos). However, Fajitas were undercooked and unseasoned and by that I mean, not cooked at all; I was too afraid to try the meat - salsa was unusually thick and chunky and the kitchen looked filthy. I’m not blaming the employees - It isn’t their fault. How are they supposed to learn when no one is leading by example?!
Its clear training was NOT a priority. Quality assurance was NOT a priority. Its quite sickening how Corporate prioritizes operations and profit over training, quality and safety. Someone is going to get sick because of this negligence.

Read moreGenuinely the worst Chipotle drive-thru experience you could imagine. While the meal fulfillment is typically not an issue, aside from just seemingly flavorless ingredients. I am always reminding the folks at the drive thru to fulfill my drink order. Part of it is sort of a flawed system in that the mobile app does not allow you to choose your drinks and will always require a prompt by the employee. However, even when I prompt the employees to hand over my drink as ordered it is asinine to me how you could pour a drink and hand it over when the cup isn't even full. I was so frustrated, i just parked and walked into the lobby to pour it myself. The employees lack common sense customer service skills on several occasions. I'm not the type to raise an issue or cause a scene so this bad review will have to do.
If you must insist on suffering by visiting this dining establishment. I would avoid using the drive thru, go in the store and just order your food. The only other nearest Chipotle is the Federal Way location. Alternatively, there is Qdoba by the Supermall and Cafe Rio over at Federal Way that might serve you better.
tl;dr service is terrible. food quality is meh. you need to be pushy to make sure you get your drink from...
Read moreThis was my first time visiting this Chipotle location, and I was very disappointed. After waiting in line for around 20 minutes with no one available to take my order, I was finally served, only to receive extremely skimpy portions. I’ve been to other Chipotle locations, and this was the worst I’ve ever seen. The portions were so small, and for the price I’m paying, it felt ridiculous. I wish I could’ve taken a picture at the moment to show I’m not exaggerating how little they gave. When I asked the server about it, her response didn’t reflect good customer service.
On top of that, no napkins or utensils were put in my bag, which added to the poor experience.
There were five employees working, but the communication between them was almost nonexistent. Only three proteins were available, and even then, they were running low on options. I came for the brisket, but they told me it would be another 30 minutes—this should have been communicated upfront.
The atmosphere here was completely off compared to other locations. Usually, the staff are friendly, efficient, and communicate well with each other, creating a welcoming environment. This location needs to improve the atmosphere, service, and communication, or I won’t be...
