I usually enjoy eating lunch here which is why my co workers and I had lunch there today. Unfortunately AMY (that’s the name she gave us) who works behind the counter was very rude and had a nasty attitude. We sat down thinking she would come to the table to take our orders, she did not. We had to ask if she was coming to take our orders and she told us to order at the counter. She never asked if we needed refills on our drinks. I actually asked her if I could get a refill of water and with an attitude she poured water into a cup with no ice and sat it on the table. At that point I asked her if it was a problem that my co workers and I was eating at the restaurant because her demeanor clearly indicated that she did not want us there. We were so uncomfortable eating. I will never eat here again nor refer anyone to this place. 1 star is too high of a star for the service we received today. The more accurate star rating...
Read moreI was on the way from Quincy to Wenatchee and I always call the teriyaki place in Wenatchee when I am 20 minutes out so it is ready to go. So I typed in teriyaki on my phone and called This spot Instead of the one in Wenatchee. When I realized I made the wrong call, I called this restaurant back and let them know what was going on. The lady who answered the phone and I spoke with was very nice and she was understanding. I offered to pay for my meal that I mistakenly ordered and she said she is unable to accept cards over the phone And that the food would Not go to waste. There are still good people in the world! And I am almost confident, good people make...

The service we experienced here was outstanding. Despite ordering one entree, the woman who took our order brought us an additional soup on the house! The soup was served to us piping hot and almost immediately after we found a table. It was a textural and flavorful heaven (add a bit of black pepper to take it up a notch).
Our teriyaki chicken, while a little on the lukewarm side, was still tender, and the sauce was thick and flavorful, perfect for mixing with the rice.
Overall, it was a welcoming and delicious spontaneous experience, and we can see ourselves...
