So we went through drive thru. A young gentleman took our order very friendly nice it was approximately 5:56 pm order number 9012. Moving forward. We had ordered 4 cups of honey mustard n stated one meal to b medium. It was rang in small no big deal. Didn't get our honey mustard cups at the back window again didn't think it was a big deal. Went to the first window, well window where u get ur food. There was a girl. Rude little piece of work. Asked her for the honey mustard n she goes," ur supposed to ask for it at the back window." I said, w"ordered it onto our order". She said, " well your supposed to ask for it back there!" I said, " who took our order?" She said, " he did." I said then don't you think that from a drive thru speaker to a window, you'd remember sauce? N does it matter which window gives it as long as ur capable of giving us the sauce?" She rolls her eyes n goes n gets the sauce. Then she forgot one of our cokes. It happens so we asked for our coke. She said what size n my ol Man said medium coke bc that's what we thought was rang in. She goes, "um actually it was 2 small meals and 2 kids meals so ur coke was small not medium." I proceeded with" we said medium but it's not a big deal can we just have our coke please." She goes, " I swore I handed it to u. I show her my kids drinks n then mine n held up the receipt n said we got 3 drinks ordered n paid for 4. She makes the other n hands it to us. Question is. As a 3rd car drives up to the other line, I ask if I can give my order yet, as it has now been 5-7 mins. I was told to wait again. So I asked why was the other line able to order but not me. The young man says very nastily that they were too busy in case I had not notice and that he was handling food right now and I needed to wait. I ask why the person taking the orders for the other line could not take my order. He said fine, I will stop what I am doing and take your order now. How may I help you. At which point, he ended up taking the orders of all the cars behind me as well. I demanded to see the manager as well. Who took the side of her very rude employee and offered to give me free food. I didn't want free food, I wanted an apology from the rude teenager, and a boss, who didn't take his side to allow his behavior like that to a customer. I am not a gripper. I never send my food back. Read moreToday June 7th 2024, my wife and I wanted to get a bite to eat before heading home to do yard work. So, knowing my wife loves Burger King I decided to surprise her and take her there. We ordered our food at the self screen register and then took our seat. I was wondering what was taking almost 20 minutes to get our food. I heard our number being said, so I went to ask if it was ready and still it was not! I asked for our drinks while we waited and I was given attitude when getting the cups. I have never been treated like this before. I see that they have all new crew and a help wanted sign to join their crew. That would be a hard NO! I would never set foot in there again. Our food was not made like we wanted and it was ice cold. When you get a burger the cheese is melted the cheese was as cold as the meat. 25 minutes later we received our food while others was getting their food. The way I was talked to and the way we got our food they thought two free pies would make me happy. 1 I don't like their pies and 2. having my food on a better time would have been great.
