Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Auburndale

I used the Pizza Portal for the first time ever today 6/24/19 plus I prepaid for all items before my arrival and my items were in the 3rd door but wouldn't open. I asked one of the employees in the back and perhaps he couldn't hear me but he never acknowledged me or acted as if he didn't hear me. Then a young lady came behind the Pizza Portal to do what I assume was add another person order. I told her the door wouldn't open and she told me to wait a minute as she messed about with the other order for a few minutes making me wait (The other person that made that other order wasn't even in the store.) and finally she helped me. Pulled my order out the back slot of the machine and the order was wrong and then she had to go get me the Bread stickers I ordered which were cold.

I decided to call that store and "Ken" answered and he was very defensive and condescending telling me technical issues, they were short staffed and etc. which I replied how is that my concern or fault. Then Ken became short with me saying to call corporate to file a complaint which I will oblige him with that. Then another person took over the phone named "Alicia" saying she was the manager and she was much better then "Ken" on the phone but come to find out she was the young lady that was standing behind the Pizza Portal making me wait and she at that time never said sorry or made any effort to seem like there was any sense of urgency to help me. I didn't require 5 Star service but i ordered the items 2-3 hours ahead of time and pre-paid, the door wouldn't open, they made me wait and on top of all that no sorry for the trouble and I go to this location all the time.

The Pizza Portal should be a fast and simple transaction but for me was a huge waste of time. I was better off standing in line and would have gotten my order faster plus perhaps the bread sticks would have been hot? If you have issues don't talk to Ken he isn't helpful plus will give you multiple excuses and Alicia is the lesser of two evils but she wasn't customer friendly when I was in the store but on the phone at least she did not tell me to call corporate and she wasn't defensive or condescending. Even though I was partly up-set with her but didn't know she was the young lady...

So, I once again stand waiting in thee worst Little Caesars, ever. I can't help but think; This store no matter the crew on shift has literally never not somehow wasted 20 - 48 minutes of my time waiting on them to get my complete order correct. I never make reviews but this store is so bad you need to cut your loses, demolish this store, salt the earth so nothing grows, bake a pizza in the old ways, bury it upon that spot, place a stone monument that reflects this store's monumental failures, and pray your two dimensional toga wearing god forgives you all for your heresy. I would pray the pale god of the sun colored cloth shows you mercy, but after the overwhelming level of anger that could only be matched by being stuck behind a Swift semi driver and the unfathomable sadness I have felt in your corrupted walls that bake nothing but hard dough and lies, I frankly don't know if there is a god anymore. In summary this store can get stuffed crust in the most extra bestest way possible, I'm done with...

Ok so I've waited awhile to leave this just in case.. this place had a really hard time at first .Couldn't cook pizzas fully, my family and my self got sick once and we were done. It was shut down for health code stuff. Reopened and they toattot different now .the food is amazing for the price. I just got a pizza a MTN dew and a cheesy bread for 10.70. this filled me my mom and my daughter up! We ate stuffed! I couldn't speak more highly of the people who work there. The little black girl who work up front is cordial without too much small talk, to the point but not rude! The pizzas are always hot and fresh. The longest I've been inside was 8 mins from order to walking out even when they were slammed! Not even McDonald's next door can achieve that. If you are looking for a cheap lunch they offer the 4 slice deep dish and a 20oz cold drink for 5.35$! Its not only Wednesdays! You can get that any day just ask!
