Wawa — Restaurant in Auburndale

I spent 2 weeks trying most of Wawa's food at this location and the one on 3rd St in Winter Haven. All Wawas are company owned, so this review will cover both spots: -The subs are better quality than Subway, but not as good as your favorite local deli. My subs were prepared wrong about half the time, missing toppings or with extra I didn't order. Not much consistency in how the subs are assembled. If you can, unwrap and check before you leave. -Burgers are precooked and reheated, and taste like it. Tried it twice, both times the bun was cold. Fries were dry and stale. Avoid them both. -Bowls varied in taste and quality. Turkey and gravy was ok, chicken tenders are processed and just average. One order of tenders was so dry from sitting in the warmer they tasted like crackers. -Pizza was better than expected, on par with other takeout chains. More costly, though, and when busy you'll have a long wait. -Hand-made drinks, shakes etc. were fine. Coffee drinks can easily be mixed too sweet. Hit the special order key on the touchscreen menu when ordering and speak to the counter person if you have questions. Service is average too. Some employees are friendly, some are indifferent. Atmosphere here is as expected: busy during daytime rush, quieter at night, with a few sketchy characters occasionally hanging around. Terrible disgraceful location worst MGR MGT I've ever seen in 70 + years i was seriously INJURED at this location store employees notified immediately no accident/ incident report was made niether person on duty knew what to do so both did NOTHING after leaving multiple messages for store MGR STEVE ? Messaged area MGR 4 times NIETHER NOT 1 returned a call / message employee on duty however did make store MGR STEVE ? aware of the seriousness of a customer injury area MGR as well a much time has gone not 1 person from the location CORP OFFICE HAS SHOWN ANY TYPE OF CONCERNS Sadly 2 different employees informed me Steve is a terrible person/ MGR whom never follows up on anything apparently obviously this is so true/ speaking through personal experience it's often wondered why things hand up in court bad business, reviews REALLY MGR MGT not one person showing interest in a customers safety well-being after being bed ridden covered in brewzes sick sore swollen damaged property blood through personal injury NOTE ( ALL EMPLOYEE WITNESSED AT TIME ) attending employee she was nice the entire rest SHAME ON YOURSELVES, I'm thinking another Comp all hype !! Came here last night to order the amazing salads that wawa has, while I'm waiting for my food to be made there I start to notice one of the workers there begin to slam stuff around (the oven door the spachula to take things out etc) if you ask me she was so bothered by being at work that she was taking it out on the food you ordered. On top of everything as customers came in they were getting startled by her slamming things on the counter. The other gentleman waiting for his food looked at me in disbelief and said you're seeing this too right? I definitely did. I thought about it a million times to get a refund and go to a fast food nearby due to the service but I stayed to torture myself. When my order came he moved the racks of old donuts that were pulled from the shelves to the side because they were there stacked up at the register and placed my food there and left. What bothers me most is that other employees witnessed her actions and didn't say anything. All this attitude and she was there with bat ears on her head celebrating Halloween, well she definitely fit the part! I believe I read Pam on her name tag but I could be wrong since she mad zero contact.. I might go to another wawa due to this night kinda messed it up for me.
