Taco Bell — Restaurant in Auburndale

What can I say came to this Taco Bell and from across the street and from the parking lot it appeared like if this Taco Bell was closed but there were people inside and there was movement in the drive-through reason why it appeared that nobody was here is because if you check out the photos the whole entire outside drive-through except the Taco Bell sign and the inside lights or all turned on.. That's not the worst part worst part is when you approach the drive-through again the lights were in on so it was a hard time looking at the menu and the person that was taking our order at the time was it really in the mood to be doing her job apparently, that a manager had to come and take the rest of the order… and also when we approached the window to pay and retrieve or food you can really tell that this young non-caucasian female wasn't really in the mood to be doing her job... At all..

Received their food upon arriving in pain drove out of the drive-through and proceeded to park in the parking lot well luckily and good thing that we did not only was the order messed up but there was an item that needed utensils and they didn't even Add the utensils in the back…

So as you could assume we had to make Au turn go back and this time as that of going through the drive-through we were just gonna go Inside and pick up the utensils well yes what they just closed and the poor small Caucasian female who was sweeping in the lobby let's just say she must not know a lot about the outside world because she was very scared to one open the door or come towards the glass so I can tell her what was wrong.. Upon telling her that I just came through the drive-through and the order was wrong she proceeded to on lock the door asked me what I wanted told her I needed utensils and went to go look for them after 2 minutes I got my utensil tender on until them if you guys are this low and you guys don't feel like working and it's something's wrong with your lights, you should just close the store now completely because this is ridiculous this was the worst service ever… I may or may not give them a try if I'm ever in the area again but for sure for sure today was the worst service ever onThis Sunday...

Horrible experience, I just went to the drive thru to get four crunchy tacos, nachos w/ cheese and a drink. I go to order and no one says anything on the speaker so I say hello and they were listening the whole time , not greeting me or acknowledging that I’m there. I order my food and don’t think anything else before pulling up to the window. When I get there, I believe it was the same lady who took my order she doesn’t say a word to me. She just sticks her hand out and expects for me to hand her the card and then we go the whole time in silence. I said hello and everything and she said nothing to me. I asked her for fire sauce and she just gives me a look as if she didn’t understand what I said, so I repeated it and then she just tosses a few in there and handed me the bag. When I get to a light I realize that the bag feels a little light so I go to check it and she ended up giving me one crunchy taco and three soft ones and she didn’t give me any chips or cheese. She basically messed up my entire order and didn’t speak to me the entire time I was at the window, I highly recommend everyone go to a different Taco Bell. Just not this one. Awful honestly awful. It’s not the first time they messed up the orders. They always do this. That’s why I rarely ever go, but this time I thought I would give it a chance.....

I went 10/22 at 11:30am with an online order. We went through the drive thru and the girl couldn’t figure out how to pull up our order so she made us come inside and said the system was down. When I went inside she already had the drinks ready, but the system was down so how could she have our drinks already? I went inside and waited 20mins for my order while everyone else who came after me got their food before me. There were two workers trying to help customers but the manager on duty kept telling then not to go up there. One was a young black man making the burritos and the other was a tan man with long black hair (he looked new). The tan one was treated rudely by the other employees but he was absolutely amazing! The only thing I enjoyed about my service. My drink wasted on me and the floor due to the girl giving it to me without the lid on it fully. He grabbed napkins for me and cleaned up the spill promptly and was really friendly. He tried to explain to the manager that he messed up someone when he tendered the order and the drawer was messed up but she couldnt even be bothered by him to help him fix his mistake. After finally getting my food it smelled spoiled and the shell literally crumbled after it was picked up. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with...
