Wawa — Restaurant in Mount Ephraim

Since when is there certain times that certain coffee is available? Only the second time this happened to me. Same store, same person on coffee detail. 4:45 am this morning. Both times I was told by the same person that hazelnut doesnt come up until 5 am. WHAT??? There was several people waiting for coffee. The only 3 pots up were regular, columbian and special blend. When asked what we were waiting for, we said the blends we were waiting for and we were all told "they don't come up til 5" as if we were in the wrong for wanting coffee from WaWa and 4:45 am on a Tuesday! Most other days, all blends are up and ready for CUSTOMERS. What ever happened to CUSTOMER SERVICE??? Service with pride and a smile? Instead, its being told "NO" by a miserable employee that obviously doesn't care about Customers or Service! I am at this WaWa at least 5 days a week, for gas, coffee, etc, but if this kind of treatment continues or I am EVER told NO again, my business WILL go...

Normally my experience at this wawa is uneventful because it's usually bustling and I stop here only when absolutely necessary lke t right like this evening as I'm leaving CVS for my son because he has a 102 2ﾟ fever at 2 o'clock in the morning. So when I stopped to get gas and there's a person in front of me who obviously was paying cash and they got their gas prompted them when it comes to my vehicle the attendant comes and ask what I want I tell him what I want and he tells me that I need to prepay. So now I'm perplexed because I am almost sure I saw the car in front of me pay after ( And I'm maybe mistaken and if I am I am sorry )and I'm wondering is this like new or is it for certain denominations it was only 10 bucks so it's not like it was a full tank or anything like that but it Made me pause...

They routinely rub me the wrong way in this location in particular. I detect alot of sarcasm with a side of Audubon racism at this location. I went to pay for my sandwich & the cashier is chatting away with the customer in front of me. So im doing my thing then I hear the cashier saying to the lady in front of me "I dont get it with these kids these days I dont know if they ignore me on purpose or what". So I ask what/who shes referring to since she should only be ringing up. So long story short shes scanned my sandwich receipt & trying to force me to take a bag all while still conversation with the customer that should have been out the door! In the end I said I DONT NEED NO BAG & got my sandwich and left. Eff that bish.
