Customer service at this location is the worst Iāve ever experienced. The young man whoās name started with a J, couldnāt read the rest cause it was turned away from me, has no interest in selling or giving out info. The info he does give is incorrect. When I brought up what the AT&T app said was different than what he was saying he said āwell I guess that what it isā. Tried to tell me you could not trade a iPhone XR in for a mini at all when the app says you can and itās free if you do. Then told me I wouldnāt be happy with the mini! Guess he knows me from the 30 seconds of interaction. A week ago he was less than helpful as well when I took my sons iPhone in with a cracked screen. I ask if it could be fixed, said no they donāt do that and just wrote down a number and said file a claim and tossed it down on the counter. Cherry hill store had it fixed in an hour. Gave this store another shot cause everyone has a bad day but Iāll never go back if I see his grey Chevy Malibu parked out front cause I know heāll be there if I ever go back again. Cherry hill store the people are much more helpful.

The iPhone 5 update brought be to the brink of an emotional meltdown and I just hated it. Jeff showed me many different types and found me one that meets EVERYTHING I wanted in a phone. I went with the LG2 When I went in to pick it up, I felt like I was going in for surgery. Getting my contacts transferred, what would I have to learn, I was a little nervous to give up a phone that I knew like the back of my hand. Employee said it would be less expensive to just buy another phone and add a line instead of waiting for a replacement phone and paying the deductible. I questioned the charges several times. Employee said it would only cost $20 more than what I was paying. Long story short, I am now paying for a phone I don't have and a line I don't use. ...almost double what I had been paying. Have gotten the runaround from Customer Service who tells me to go to the store. The rep at the store tells me to call customer service. I have done both several times.
