I normally donāt have an issue here. My encounters with the workers are usually so nice, and leave me smiling after speaking and laughing with them since I come here almost every day. But I just sat in line and watched 3 cars that pulled in a good bit after me get their order taken. I also watched as they were all at least acknowledged and asked if their order was taken. I literally had to shout and ask if my order could be taken as they were on the way to yet another car. I appreciate the apology from the person that took my order, but it was off-putting when she explained that it was hard to communicate when you have two people, when it was just a lack of good communication altogether. There was no one behind me in either lane for a good minute and the other person that was out there knew my order wasnāt taken because she walked to the other lane to take someone elseās (which is completely fine), but once again itās just poor communication not because it was āhard to communicate.ā Then when the tip option popped up, she almost made a selection for me. Iām not quite sure if she was about to select no tip or $1, but either way no one should be making that selection for me AT ALL. I also had someone take my order last week, told me my card wasnāt working and asked if I had another. I explained it was the iPad and not my card because this is a common occurrence for a lot of people that come here. She kept HEAVILY insisting it was my card and couldnāt grab another iPad, until the charge magically went through. I had no idea it went through until she went to walk away. I said, āwait did it go through? What about the tip?ā She said, āno thatās okayā after she selected no tip. I always still leave a tipā¦. Like what are you even doing selecting or making that choice for me? I wouldnāt have even mentioned this next part because I know itās hot as hell, but the other girls got me aggravated. The cherry on top was the surprise booty cheeks hanging out of the shorts as one of the baristas kept bending over facing the door. I love that my kid and other children have such a nice, wholesome view to look at. š The drinks are banginā though and almost all the workers are cool. I just would like my drink like everyone else behind me lol, and quit making or almost making the tip selection for me!!
Edited to add on 6/30: Iām sitting in line AGAIN and just watched as 3 cars got their order taken before me. Iām literally sitting in the 2nd lane by the door and my order still hasnāt been taken and I havenāt been acknowledged. What is going on this week?!?!
Update again: Actually, make that 4 cars that arrived after me that I watched leave with their coffee. The car behind me got aggravated...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI come here alot and pretty much always have a fantastic experience. By all means my FAVORITE employee is Bree (Bri?) However you spell it, shes awesome. I used to go in the daytime mostly, but my schedule has changed and now I find myself often going later after I get off. I was there on the 2nd and Bree was there! I haven't seen her in a while bc shes normally there in the day time, but this time she was schedules a later shift. She recognized me after all this time, and always has such a warm welcome. It makes me feel really happy to know theres employees there that take time to ask the customers abou their day and actually care. Its not just her, either. I had a gentleman working there once ask me about something I had mentioned the prior time he gave me my coffee and I was shocked he even remembered. That was the guy with the chevy. Another lady with cool hair helped me when I said I was trying to come up with something that would taste like a Samoa, and was so patient while I decided! They all really care there, and they always say hi to my son when i have him with me which he loves, and if i bring my dog, they always offer a pup cup. So awesome. I did feel bad for Bree that day though bc the car next to me was giving her a very hard time about her order being more due to the way they have to ring it up for their policy pertaining ice amounts. I know ive had to pay an uncharge for it before due to them using more product which is understandable to me. Nonetheless, she did not let that affect her service at all when she got to me. I was treated very disrespectful this young lady she said after I asked her name that she was the manager but who can tell they donāt wear name badges. I always get my same drink and tonight we will call her Bri per her mentioning when asked her name. She mentioned that the drink was 7.99 I ask why it went up again I had been paying 6.91 for the last weeks she said that the others had been charging me wrong all these weeks I said you have the drink for no ice and I said lite ice. I finally said I didnāt know about what employees should have done but I wanted lite ice then she did as such took my money and while at the cash drawer facial expression like I got on her nerves. She began walking taking care of the two other cars on the lot and when she was finished instead of letting the other two employees make the drink in which they had begun to make she finished it the way she wanted too prove a point very nasty disposition and poor management skills. I didnāt feel she put care into making my drink I have brought over 57 times so I ask for my money back if thatās how you guys let management treat their customers.
