If I could give this zero stars I would. Pick up order took an hour. ( tried called 15 mins in and was on hold for 25 mins while boyfriend went to pick up pizza.) I was given every reason under the sun as to why this was the case. They had 1000 orders (sure don’t believe you there), they only have one person in the store, (again not the case as I can hear 2 ladies and another call for a mans name), we’re short staffed (ok, I believe that one), your boyfriend isn’t here picking up your pizza (we live not even 5 mins away, he was there).” Or my favorite one: I should have called earlier. I was legit on hold for 25 minutes before anyone decided to pick up the phone, hello? The First Lady on the phone forgot to put me on hold so I could hear her complaining about her job, how she was about to leave, and how she’d rather be paid 8 or 9$ an hour than dealing with people. It sounded like another unhappy guest was in the store and had left because the manager special was $13 written on the wall but whoever kept telling that customer it was wrong and the price is really $14.99. EITHER WAY,I let the lady on the phone know I can hear her and I asked for a manager (who I later found out wasn’t even actually the manager.) That lady gave the phone back to the first one who proceeded to ask me if I wanted a credit or a refund. I let her know you can’t refund cause we didn’t pay credit he has cash, and I don’t want a credit for the future cause I’m not ordering here again. She kept telling me she didn’t understand what I wanted. I told her fine give me the refund then, she said I couldn’t have refund and the pizzas. Read moreI ordered wings. And after finally sitting my very pregnant, very hungry self down to eat, I opened up my blue cheese only to find it was watered down. I called the restaurant and tried to see if they could replace my wings that weren’t all the way done and the blue cheese. The first representative to answer the phone put me on hold and then hung up the line. So I called back. This time I got the general manager,Shannon. I explained to her my situation. Immediately she began very rudely that I didn’t have a reason to be upset so there was no need for the tone of frustration in my voice. Then she insisted that I was being a menace because I had already spoken to another manager. So I asked her if I had already dealt with it, why would I be calling back? I told her I got hung up on as I explained earlier in the text and she still refused to accept that. She insisted that all of the blue cheese was up to date and was kept in a cooler. So I asked her if she could open a container herself to rectify the issue. She refused. I was so over the back and forth and her talking over me so I asked for the owners number. The insincere, uncaring, attitude that she displayed is completely unexpected considering I was a paying customer, and pregnant. Read moreNow I know why people tell me not to order from Dominos. I ordered my food at 5:18 with about 30 minute predicted delivery time. Since Dominos has a pizza tracker I can see when it's out of the oven and such. Pizza is out of the oven around 5:32 give or take, then the driver grabs it at 5:48. 30 minutes later, no exaggeration my food gets here. I live 1.5 miles away from the store. All I ordered was a medium pizza and a pasta. Both were stone cold. We called the store and the driver got on the phone with my dad and gave him an attitude so he gave her one back. I called corporate and filed a complaint and they said they'll expedite it to the franchise owner. All I want to get out of this is a refund, but I now know not to order from this Dominos. If I'm going to order chain/semi-chain pizza I'm going to order Marcos, I've never had a problem with Marcos. Sorry Dominos but you need to hire people who want to work.
