Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Augusta

First, the good: the service is always friendly and personal, whether you get delivery or carryout, so we try to support these guys whenever we can. I can't recall the last time wehad something missing from an order. Delivery is always prompt, unlike Pizza Hut, which takes two to three times as long out here. Sadly, prices keep going up as the portions and quality drop down. As such, I feel you get more for your buck at a local pizza joint like Bambino's (one of my faves).

My last order was delivered by Montell. We did a smooth contactless transaction. I gave a 20% tip due to prompt service.

Everything was correct in my order but the little details killed it (and not in a good way). The "extra" pepperoni pie looked like a mere regular pepperoni and I paid for a specialty pie. The pan crust wasn't as crisp as it usually is. The hand tossed pie was under baked, too. No biggy...

The last thing here was unforgivable. What came in our 10-piece boneless wings order were the most pitiful pieces of chicken ever. For around $11, what I got were the saddest chicken nuggets ever.

For this (see photo), we could have bought two dollar-priced microwaveable Banquet meals at Family Dollar and just got the sauces on the side. In fact, the sauces were the only saving grace here. You get three included on a 10-piece and I sprung for a fourth cause the sauces are usually on point.

Just looking at these "wings" is depressing. It almost makes you want to pull a Karen. I guess Domino's is rationing out food now to increase...

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!! I ordered a gluten free pizza for a friend and i believe they used regular dough it looked different then normal but we didnt think anything of it till they started feeling sick since they havent eaten gluten in a very long time. I believe most of the positive reviews are faked there are companies you can pay to get your rating up. I love dominos but this one sucks waited 3 hours for my pizza had to call about 7 times. When i finally called after 3 hours to find out when id get my pizaa i was told i called and you didnt answer i told them they didnt call infact i was waiting at the end of my drive ofcourse i got attitude and was told they did after adking for the number they read the wrong number to me then says ahhhh oh hold on and reads the right one. Do i called corporate they tell me it is franchised they will let the owners know and they should get back to me very soon. Well its been about 5 days still havent heard anything. They also click the delivery button after 30minutes and according to corporate they do have control of wait times online and over the delivery button and are not supposed to do that. This isnt the first time they forgot part of my order another time and i was told id have to wait 2 hours to get the rest of it because they are busy. Today was my last day at food lion on Mike Padgett. in the 20 months that I have worked there I periodically order dominos pizza for the entire department, I’d say I have done this about a half dozen times, and I always give the driver a generous tip because of the inconvenience of having to come into a grocery store. Well we decided that this being my last day we would have a pizza party. I ordered online (this is the tobacco rd store btw) and almost immediately got a call back saying that they don’t deliver to the even numbers on Mike Padgett…I’m like come again. She said that their drivers will only deliver to the ODD numbers on Mike Padgett…so basically if I went across the street to the family dollar which is an odd number they’d deliver to me? I tried to explain to her that I order from them all the time (like almost $100 each time I order) and have never had a problem. She repeats the same thing. We don’t deliver to even numbered addresses on Mike Padgett…I asked when this became a thing since I ALWAYS order and they have ALWAYS delivered. She said since forever, it’s always been a thing. Anyways, I told her fine but I will be filing a complaint with corporate(she didn’t care that I tried to pulled a Karen) she just was like whatever and ended the call.
