Dunkin' — Restaurant in Augusta

Never have I had a bad experience with Dunkin’ Donuts, I have been to this location twice and I will never be going back. Ordered a medium hot cappuccino with sugar and extra foam. I knew immediately as I placed my order the lady taking it was new or something because she sounded very confused, didn’t know what foam was. It was a very long line but once I got to the window and saw inside I realized why it was taking so long. Looked like there were ten 12 year olds working that had been hired on the spot and not trained a day in their life. I know the lady that made my drink had not been trained at all. She SHOOK the cappuccino up as she handed it to the window person to give to me. I guess she had forgotten to stir the sugar in before this point bc when I tasted it I couldn’t taste any sugar until I stuck a straw down and it was clumpy on the bottom of the cup, as well as clumpy sugar all on the outside of the cup. I can’t believe the owner of this location doesn’t care about quality of their products or their employees and will literally hire anyone and let them throw anything out the window! I should have came inside and asked them to remake it the right way but I didn’t want to risk my drink getting spat in by the rude, careless workers. never going back. WHO SHAKES UP A CAPPUCCINO. I ran a little experiment. My wife is pregnant and she really enjoys the munchkins. She prefers specific flavors as one tends to do. This location on Wheeler road always tends to act extremely surprised, shocked, puzzled, and confused when a specific flavor is requested. This request is always denied and you are simply given what they have left. The answer is always "no" when asked if they have the ability to make more. So I tried to get a certain flavor, just the one, for a month. Which they never had. Each time my request was denied and their ability to make any other flavors was also absent. Four other locations in the dunkin chain in this area were able to preform this request without question and without attitude when asked. Which leaves me with only two logical conclusions. Either this location has managed to hire the laziest people alive or whoever is in charge of supply at this location. Has gone rouge, AWOL, and turned themselves into a loose cannon. Hellbound on the mission to complete internal self destruction of this doughnut establishment. Long story short, drive another five minutes to get to a...

TO THE MANAGEMENT at this Location: PLEASE Replace the faulty Air Ovens at this store. Items are not getting done properly, left still COLD on the inside and burned on the outside.

*Roasted Pepper Chicken Wrap, remade twice; this item was still in FROZEN in the center, both times, 2nd time burned on top. (Item Returned)

*Ham & Cheese Croissant, 2nd remake; 1st one was fridge cold in the center. This is the 2nd one, burned to a crisp on top (pic shows burned parts in the bag), and STILL COLD in the center.

On a good note: 1- Donuts that were made today @ 4:30AM, were still soft @ 3PM.

2-The young man who dispensed the order, did all he could, (within his reach), to make things right. He was very nice, handled the issue promptly and professionally. In spite of the problem not being something he, or any of the staff caused, He exchanged the product for a different item, with best efforts to make my experience better, and was also very apologetic about it.
