Hardee's — Restaurant in Augusta

Wow I don't like making bad reviews, however it is really hard to say nice things about a place when you walking in and there is no one else waiting you order then become the last to leave. So yes I know it was not wise to order chicken tenders, monster burger combo with onion rings and upsized it, I did expect some type of wait. Nope no mad that the night manager had a brake down, the employee working the drive thru took a break came back and ran three in a half orders before I left with my food, or that they called in help I don't know where all the handwashing stations are so I pray the hands were washed. None of that upset me. What got my goat is to hear the back station workers say I already did the monster and the fastfood superhero ok yes I put it in the bag. I must admit I was hot as a lava ball in middle of hell on the hottest day of the year when Earth's orbit got to close to the sun, during the worst solar flare know to man when I got home to find a cold Frisco burger where my monster burger should have been. I will wait once again till they get some new employees and try again. However the dining room was clean and was greeted. Maybe breakfast is their thing. The absolute worst staff of a Hardened establishment I've encountered. Visited twice, drive thru on a Wednesday & dined in on a Sunday...both had a 30-45 minute wait...both visits brought cold food which is a damn shame since 3 meals cost me about $30 each time. The second visit resulted in us getting our food half an hour from ordering and ONE milkshake that took another half an hour to wait for. The staff is very unorganized. They lack some serious simple customer service skills. Not one person acknowledge the customers walking in to the place. For a new place that just opened, the dining area was messy...tables weren't cleaned, drink stations were empty...etc. It seems like no one was in charge. The shift manager could not care less about the establishment or the customers. I've been to a few Hardees. It's my dad's favorite fast food place. I was excited to see this one opened up right down the street from us....but it has been a disappointment after another. I apologize to the franchisee & the franchise in it's own for having such careless individuals run the establishment. Next visit (at the end of the month) I will go in with facebook live, snapchat, & instasnap for a follow up to see if there are...

Walked in and a manager was speaking with staff about coupon limits in front of a customer whom was using coupons at the time. In the middle of placing our order, cashier was pulled from register. We ordered an adequate amount of food. All of the burgers we ordered were cold. The chili dog we received was overflowing with chili. So much so that it was hard to hold. I also ordered fries and did not receive them with order. Had to ask for them. I wasn't asked for sauce with my chicken tenders. Was not given any. Store was out of ice cream and was told that we received the last of the chicken tenders. Chicken tenders were rubbery in texture as if not cooked completely. I understand that running out of food happens but there's no reason that the food I receive should be cold or taste undercooked. Second time visiting here because its the only Hardees close to home, but I'd rather drive the distance to another or go somewhere else rather than put up with this level of unprofessionalism. Its like the staff doesn't care about the quality of the food they serve and in the restaurant industry that is...
