McDonald's — Restaurant in Augusta

This is the WORST McDonald's I've been to in the Augusta area for sure. It's the closest location to me so I try to give it a chance every once in a while, but I ALWAYS have a bad experience every time I go. Something is always down, or broken, or the people are rude, always something. My last 2 experiences were the worst, & I will never visit this particular McDonald's again. Their fountain drinks machine was down last time I visited so I purchased milkshakes for my 3 meals for the family. I had to pull up for my food. Waited about 10 minutes, cool. I got my food but no shakes, so I told the gentleman that I also ordered shakes, & he said he'd get them right away. I waited 20 minutes & no shakes. So I went inside & tried to get their attention & they all just straight up ignored me. I stood in there about 5 good minutes & nothing. So I left. My latest experience I went to pay for my food with a card. It didn't go through. Now I'm sure that card has money on it but instead of the girl saying something like "Ma'am the transaction was not approved on this card, would you like to pay a different way?" she says "I don't think you have enough money on your card, it was declined". Okay, so I handed her my debit card which I KNOW has money on it. Same problem. So their card machine is down, but the girl insisted that I was broke instead. So I pulled up my Wells Fargo account to SHOW HER that I had money, MORE than enough, & it still wasn't going through, & she made it out as though it was a money issue & not a store issue. You'll look stupid when you see that your machine is not properly reading cards, because I immediately pulled into Sonic & my card worked. This store just permanently lost a customer & I'll be sure to spread the word not to visit this...

So we pulled into this location for 3 things fries and two drinks. Well we did the curbside pickup and well after waiting 20 minutes our order was canceled so after ordering again it started to rain, I guess the employees aren't allowed out in the rain. So we decided to go through the drive thru and just let them know what we ordered and show its still pending status. Well after waiting another 20 minutes for our turn at the intercom Noone greeted us. Instead the truck that pulled up next us in the second lane 10 minutes after we had already been waiting to speak. He got his order taken instead, then another car pulls up in that same lane and wouldn't you know it the man at the window took her order and never even greeted us or anything. Even with us saying hello multiple times. So we pulled around explaining what was going on to the first window he said tell the second window. We did. We had to pull off yet again 10 more minutes later we got our order from the only 2 young men that were actually trying to stay on top of things. Didn't get the names but big thanks to them. As far the window guy goes. Brother man I don't see color but its clear 100% that you do. Im gonna need you...

Mobile ordered almost $30 worth of food and was missing a $7 burger. I then called the restaurant after getting home and whoever I spoke to had a bad attitude about them forgetting to put my food in the bag. They asked for my name and if I was going to come back today to pick up. I told her yes and my name and thought that would be the end of it.

I get to McDonald's and the manager has no idea what I'm talking about. I told him the initial issue and he asks for a receipt. I show him the mobile order and tell him what was missing and he says I have to have a receipt on a MOBILE ORDER THAT IM SHOWING HIM ON MY PHONE THAT WAS FULFILLED. He said it was to show I didn't get the sandwich and I pointed out that it being on the receipt doesn't prove it was or wasn't put in the bag and that showing my previous mobile order is the same thing. Then he said he'd do it for me this one time but in the future to have my receipt (again, for a mobile order?!).

We did eventually get the burger and a fry (thanks for that), but other than that it was nothing but attitude from everyone except...
