McDonald's — Restaurant in Augusta

Upper management needs to send the store manager back to Hamburger University for a refresher course.

I had an unpleasant experience at this McDonald's due to the unprofessional and intrusive behavior of the store manager. While I was sitting in the restaurant, working on my laptop, he approached me in a passive-aggressive manner and told me to remove my feet from the (plastic) booth seat. I complied, but I was taken aback by his tone and lack of courtesy. He then proceeded to interrogate me, asking if I was waiting for anyone and questioned if I was just "lounging around." I informed him that I was actually working, but instead of leaving me to my work, he continued to pry further and ask “what kind of work.” As if he was trying to catch me lying. I told him that he was making me feel like a child in trouble. He responded with “you’re not in trouble see.. I’m smiling.” As if his smile overpowered his unpleasant tone and multiple questions…

McDonald’s website has many invitations for customers to visit, connect to the WiFi and “get some work done.” As a paying customer, I have the right to use the restaurant's seating area without being subjected to questioning or judgment. 7/7 I lost my taste for the fries and sweet tea after entering this McDonald's. This is the nastiest, most disgusting restaurant I've ever visited. The bathroom floor was full of urine from the door to the toilet. The smell of urine was enough. Floor was soaked at the drink machines. I ask the girl behind the counter to get the sweet tea from behind the counter. I say if I fall McDonald's will read about it. She puts my drink on the counter. I go to pick it up and what do I see. A fly laying dying. What did the young lady do Nothing just as the crew member who was in the bathroom when I entered. I couldn't stomach the smell nor bare to attempt to think of squatting while standing in urine. Like my grandpa say if ya kitchen and bathroom nasty you common and your house isn't fit to eat out of or have guest.

Smh how can any restaurant look and smell worse than a gas station bathroom?

McDonald's I threw your fries and drink in the trash at waffle house. I felt so uncomfortable I sat in my car and sprayed my shoes down in lysol, drove home barefooted. Your restaurant crew has contaminated my Jordan's. Your crew b/c apart of their job description is cleaning. They have failed.

i wish there was a way to put NEGATIVE stars because this was the worst drive-thru experience i’ve ever had. as i was ordering my & my friends’ food, i asked if their ice cream machine was working. the reply was, “maaaybe.” as if she was playing with us? we get to the window & our food & mcflurries were wrong. we asked the two women at the window to make them again & they REFUSED. they literally stared at us like we were stupid & refused to make them again. instead, we were given toppings in a cup & told to mix them in ourselves. the toppings they gave us were also wrong. shocker. when we told them this, not only did we have the window slammed in our face, they gave us more toppings in a cup instead of simply remaking it. we had food & another drink missing from our order & when we told them that, one of the women said, “of course you do.” like it was OUR fault they were messing up our food. in the end, one of the women blamed US for our incorrect order, saying, “i took your order & that’s not what you said.” not only was it what we said, but while ordering we had to correct her several times & it was STILL wrong when we got to the window. those two women were rude, unprofessional, mean & held us up in line for almost 40 minutes because THEY REFUSED to correct our order or...
