Last night was a disaster!!! Especially for having a birthday dinner, after working my behind off all day! Everyone was closing at 8:30 so my boyfriend asks if it’s okay if we do a birthday of 14 guests and she said it was fine but the kitchen closes at 8:30. The manager was beyond rude!! I’ve never met anyone as rude as “Suzan” in my life!!!!! She gave people the wrong plates and didn’t even make sure they were given to the right people. I ate food that I never ordered and my meat was so dry. My sisters husband asked for his salad twice and she never brought it out so he had to get the salad taken off his order, my sister asked for mayo for her burger and she says we don’t have mayo packets I would have to make it myself and my sister said oh I wouldn’t want you to have to do that and she just stormed off and never brought her any back. So my sister asks the bartender and he says sure no problem I’ll bring you some mayo right out, and he did. She was picking up plates off our tables while we’re in the middle of boxing up food, that we were trying to get boxed up to go. Like can’t you wait until we box our stuff up and leave before you walk off with food still on plates. As my sister is saying I’m going to go ahead and box up my sons food she snatched the plate off of the table and storms off. Food we paid for, just got dumped in the trash by Suzan!! It almost seemed like she was intentionally ruining the night. She was beyond rude!! Stood at our table with her arms crossed, while looking pissed off, while we’re eating and it made everyone at that point feel uncomfortable and get up and start boxing up their food and then she made a smart comment “I just want these tables cleared”. I would’ve much rather “Suzan” have turned us down last night then to have ever said it was fine to come in. I would’ve went to Buffalo Wild Wings instead they were packed, if only suzan had turned us down instead of telling us it’s fine and then being a bthe whole time afterwards. I had anxiety all night and it was a chaotic disaster!! Everyone was complaining. Like thanks for ruining my birthday and making it never feel like it was my birthday. After, I busted my behind working outside doing internet installations all day so people could have internet after a hurricane!! At least you get to be a b in A/C. Shouldn’t be working at a restaurant if you can’t handle it. No hospitality whatsoever, no manners. Just rude!! Never in my life have I ever ate somewhere and been treated so horrible in my life for meals 14 people paid for. I will never be back. I’m so disgusted with this place!!!! Future reference if you can’t handle the food industry don’t work in it!!!!!!! The guy working the bar super sweet and super nice!!!! Suzan on the other hand needs to lose her job. Anyone could replace Suzan… never...

The worst. As some reviews have mentioned, the service is slow. Really slow. 8+ minutes to be greeted by the server. She had no clue about the beer offerings and we had to help her find the bell’s two hearted ale on her ordering system (their offering of bell’s is what the one star is for. Otherwise it would have gotten zero). Ordered a patty melt. It came over-cooked (ordered medium and it was super well done) with no caramelized onions, which is what a patty melt is. We are talking about a dry hamburger patty on bread (not sourdough as advertised) with cheddar cheese and chewy bacon. After 12-14 minutes, our server came to check on us and I explained that the “patty melt” had no onions. First, she checked the menu to see if it was advertised as having caramelized onions (that is what a patty melt is) and agreed, finally, they it did not come as advertised. She offered to have it re-made. I accepted and ordered another beer. I watched for another 10 minutes, my beer warming up at the bar. She finally delivered it. The re-made burger finally arrived after another 12 minutes and was actually at a medium temperature, as ordered, but was still missing the onions. I thought that maybe we were on an episode of impractical jokers because the burger sent back for no onions was re-made with, again, no onions. She said that the manager is the one that remade the patty melt. I told her that we were done and she offered to box up the second version of the wrong order for me to take home. I declined. She did take the uneaten burger off of the tab and I left hungry, having eaten only my up-charged side salad. My client/guest liked his double smash burger so that may be the way to go. I would suggest avoiding this place, as the service is laughably slow and the kitchen has no idea what they are doing. You will see that I rarely give poor reviews but this place is the worst restaurant that I have been to...

Yes went in today with some friends and me and one friend order the same drink crown apple with sprite but i wanted a double. After the drinks are brought out we get to tasting our drinks and find out that me and my friend who ordered the exact same thing but single taste the exact same. Mind you this is all no big deal i just didn’t want to be charged a double if i wasn’t getting a double and the three off us said it definitely wasn’t a double not even the slightest bit stronger. but like i said no big deal i talked to the waitress very kindly she was also very kind but then the manager came out lady with floral dress and i have no idea if she woke up on the wrong side of the bed or if it’s just a bad day but she was so rude and mean referring to herself in the third person saying she was the manager then saying “the manager watched the drinks be made” as well as mentioned that my friends drink who ordered the single looks darker than my double and i said “exactly” then she went to move my cup right next it and said no never mind they’re the same. knowing she made a mistake by saying that. i’m the end look i own Restaurants in the CSRA and that is definitely not how a manager is supposed to approach someone. everyone at my table also works in the food industry and said that she was really rude for no reason and that’s why you have received this one start not the drink but because that old lady shouldn’t be working there. My server was amazing really kind thank you!!

Update:: went in today for the first time in six months since this last review was sat down waited 10 minutes at the table no server no service and got up and left just reminded why i don’t come here anymore recommend literally anywhere else people with any respect for themselves stay...
