Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Augusta

Absolutely terrible experience dining here last night (3.8.25). I was a part of a party of six to watch the UFC fight, as I have always done for the past 2 years and our server was by far the worst I’ve ever seen anywhere. To start out the night, four of our party arrived before my boyfriend and I so when we arrived our server Johnny asked if we wanted drinks. Everything seemed to go fine and I decided to order a redbull sunrise which was brought out at a respectable time. He asked us if we were wanting food and I told him I wasn’t ready to order food quite yet but I’ll let him know when I was ready, about 30 minutes go by and two of my friends ask for their check (I did not ask for mine because I was going to order an appetizer or small meal). He proceeded to ask my friend what all was on their ticket and then asked if my drink was separate and I turned around and said “yes that’s mine”. He looked at me and replied “is it together or separate” and I replied AGAIN saying yes it’s a separate ticket and he replied back with “that was a question”. All of my friends looked around so confused as to why he said that and then walks behind me and said “thanks” in an insanely rude way. We were all just looking around because he was clearly pissed at me for some reason and none of us knew why. He quickest brought out all of our receipts and folded mine in half and threw it at me and that’s when I really knew he was targeting me, since he didn’t do that to the rest of my party. I was so confused and didn’t even have time to open my receipt and look at the total before he yelled across the table at me saying “can you hurry it up!” My boyfriend took the receipt and gave him the card and I let a comment out saying I was still planning on ordering food and that I didn’t even ask for my receipt yet and as he was walking away, turned around and yelled out “oh so now you’re going to order food?!” And I said “well not anymore “ and he yelled back saying “good I’m done with y’all, get out!”

We all ended up leaving around 11:30 so we didn’t even stay for the fight. I ended up going to the bathroom and couldn’t stop crying because of how embarrassed I was and how rude he was for absolutely no reason. I’ve never been treated so disrespectfully In my life and he has no right to treat anyone that way, ESPECIALLY A CUSTOMER. Once again his name was Johnny and he was working Saturday march 8 near...

Our server is great! Chris the manager is absolutely awful. My wife ordered the bird dog which only has two flavor options. Wild honey mustard and barbecue. My wife ordered the wild honey mustard ones which didn't describe them as hot or spicy on the menu at all. The server seemed brand new, when we got our food My burger came 10 minutes before my wife's food, then it came with only 10 or 12 fries with it and the sauce on them which is described as "wild honey mustard" was so spicy I couldn't even eat it and I do enjoy spicy food. When we asked our serve what we could do about it she said she genuinely didn't know and called Chris her manager over. I came back from the restroom and watched as this man tried to intimidate my wife into taking the food and paying for it even though she couldn't eat it. I had to literally plea with this man that the sauce was way too hot and we would trade out the food for just 6 wings which costs $3 less. He has a way of seeming respectful while being super intimidating and disrespectful. My wife nor I have ever been treated like this before. Finally he gave in and said "only this once will I ever do this and will switch out your food for the wings because when you order food we assume you want it" only when I stood up for my wife and let us switch out her extremely spicy food for wings and was saying the whole time the server should have told us how spicy it was. I don't understand how the server doesn't tell us something when we order it and then it becomes our fault when his whole reasoning is that his server should have told us and then when we order food they assume we want it....? Also blaming a new server instead of just fixing the issue seems incredibly messed up. Chris is absolutely awful and we told this poor waitress after we feel so bad that she has to work for him. Tipped her super well. First time here and we will never come back.

Then had to pay with cash which I thankfully had cause the way to pay online with the QR code wouldn't work and Chris said he had to call them and it would be a while before I could pay and leave....

Had lunch at B-Dubs with the family! Gave 4/5 Stars. The food was a 5 Star experience, but service could have been better! The server was very nice and pleasant.

We were seated very quick and were able to order drinks and an appetizer almost immediately!

We were finally able to order our main meals at the time the appetizer arrived. Our food was not expedited properly. We received my child’s meal, then my wife’s a few moments later, then my others child’s meal, finally my meal was served. Fortunately, all of the food was very warm upon arrival and tasted great.

We didn’t get any refills on our drinks until most of the meal was consumed. My wife had to walk to the bar to get a refill of water cause her meal was too spicy and she couldn’t continue without any fluids available. Please note the server got the wrong meal option for my wife.

The server forgot to refill my child’s drink when she refilled mine! I had to call her over and address this miss with her and she corrected it immediately!

Now for the food!

The appetizer: We ordered the the Dirty Dubs Tots. This had smoked pulled brisket, grilled onions, hatch cheese sauce, corona cheese, bbq sauce, green onions, and pickled hot peppers. This was the best food option of the day packed with tons of flavor! Pictured with this post!

Kids Meals: My kids got the Kids Menu traditional wings and fries with ranch for dipping. One meal was Parmesan Garlic and the other was naked (no sauce); pictured with this post.

Big Peoples Meals: My wife got a new menu item, Bird Dawg “Buffalo”. Note: She ordered the Loaded, but was served the wrong one. This was spicy, it had a chicken tender, medium Buffalo sauce, and grilled onions. This was made completely different than any of the described menu items. Pictured with this post.

I got the 10 piece traditional wings with a side of Fried Cheese Curds and Blue Cheese for dipping. The wings was mixed together with Parmesan Garlic and Chipotle BBQ sauces. Pictured...
