I booked a party room for my daughter’s birthday party. I paid almost $400 for 2hrs that I felt wasn’t worth the money spent. I called the morning of and let them knew that I would be 30 minutes late they said it was fine, no worries.. and they would let my host know. Well I got there right at the time I told them (1:30) and proceeded to the room. A few of my guests were running behind also. My host was nice but she also seemed in a hurry to get things going. She told me the pizza would be out about 1:45, so I told her that I didn’t want it to be cold by the time my guests arrived so could we hold off. She said yes and a few of my guests started to arrive shortly after. By this time, the pizza is being brought in and Of course the kids are wanting to go play before they eat. She then suggests that they eat first and cut the cake right away before doing so because we are running out of time for the room. Keep in mind we just had arrived so it’s only like 2pm. I was under the impression that with the party starting 30 minutes late they would automatically adjust the time back 30 minutes also because the original time was from 1-3. So the kids are out playing, the pizza is sitting and I hear over the intercom _ party please report to the party room. Now I’m confused because we had just had a discussion about letting them play because we still had a hour left and now she’s called them back to the room! She comes in and I’m trying my best not to a show that I’m every irritated with her, so I step out the room for a second and wait for the kids to come. I walk back into the room and we start singing happy birthday. Well, the host takes is upon herself to start cutting big chunks of my baby’s birthday cake without permission. I ask her to step aside and then proceed to pass out the cake, while still keeping my composure. Yes, The kids were complaining about the pizza being cold yet they still ate it. She then says “ y'all can leave everything on the tables I’ll clean it up , but you guys can start moving your things to a table out in the sitting area. “ I’m looking at my phone and it’s about 2:30 now and the kids are still eating also. I said it’s only _ time we still have time left.. she then leaves out and comes back in with cleaning supplies and starts to clean up. I start to help clean up and then tell all my guests to move to the nearest table outside the party room. Finally, we are out of the room before 3pm which was the end time and now sitting at a table. The hosts then comes and ask if I was ready to make payment, I go make payment and they have added on two additional pizzas. Now I have to let the lady know that’s taking payment that I didn’t have any additional pizzas so she can correct the order. I noticed everyone that was in their party rooms before myself and my guests arrived were still in their room. Even the room next to ours that my host had previously stated she was also their host too so she would be back and forth. I stayed for a few more hours to let the kids play and the entire time the guests in the party room next to ours that party started before ours were still allowed in their room! They weren’t rushed out their room and I know it was way past their ending time. I wasn’t satisfied at all.. and I won’t do a party here again and I...
Read moreI planned a party here expecting a stress free party. It was far from stress free.! We were greeted at a 1 way in 1 way out super crowded door. With absolutely no organization. The girls at the door told us to go to table 4. The table was without decorations and no host to greet us. After 3-5 minutes 2 young ladies walked up to table 6 which was decorated. I then walked up to them to confirm they were indeed our hosts. We stood around trying to figure out what was next and how to get our party started they finally told us we had to go back to the front and print our waivers. I then gathered all the parents of the 15 children in attendance to go back to a crowded front area to print the waivers. We get back to the table and all of the children are now surrounding the party host. I then had to initiate order for the children to make a line. When it was time to eat no one called our party back to the table over the intercom as promised. We were told to go and gather the 15 kids when we were ready for them to eat. I also had to initiate the singing happy bday. We were told since we added on kids we get an xtra hour added. 2 hours passed of the party and my birthday girl came hysterically running because the staff wouldn’t allow her into laser tag. I then walked to the staff which advised I go to the front and speak to a manager for new wrist bands. So here we are again running to find a manager. Then gathering the 15 kids all over again! My party host were confused about EVERYTHING. They basically had to get a manager about everything. Which again lacked empathy or any type of compassion for the confusion they gave us on this day. 15 children with only 1 table to accommodate the party. Xtra $50 is what we were told. There were at least 8-10 party tables with only 2 occupied including our party but yet we were seated right next to each other.
When booking the platinum party online it is advertised $389 for 10 people plus $19.99 per person up to 20. This does not include food. Ok so I added 3 pizzas @ $14.99 each (btw I had to tell the host what topping I wanted because for some reason “corporate didn’t let them know what I sent by email”). There is an automatic 12% gratuity added to my total cost. Which gratuity should definitely be earned not given. My total cost before adding any extra people came to $520.62. But ok I agreed to this thinking my child’s party would be absolutely stress free. It was sooooo much confusion our final cost ended up being over $700 because nowhere does it explains it is actually $24.99 per xtra person & doesn’t include socks and gratuity. Sooo many hidden fees with such poor service. Nothing about this party was stress free for me and my family. It is no way a party this expensive should not have been in order from start to finish. The staff are poorly trained & service was terrible even from the manager & GM. I will NEVER bring my family here again & have told all of my family and friends to...
Read moreI rarely leave bad reviews but this place is just terrible. I think we can agree times are hard right now so for some of us it’s a luxury to be able to bring our family out . I brought me and my 3 kids here for my son’s birthday. About $160 after platinum tickets, socks, a pizza and arcade. Platinum tickets are a joke, because the attractions they include never have a worker by them. My daughter asked 3 times to do the rock climbing and they just said to stand there and wait. If she kept waiting she would be there all night. No one at the VR station. They offer a ticket for kids under 40”. Tried to do the bumper cars with my 3 year old, sign clearly said he was tall enough and the height under him (36”) said they could ride with adult. Worker said policy changed and wouldn’t let him on (why is the sign up and why isn’t it changed on website?) then there were older kids literally screaming and pushing and literally terrorizing the young kids, throughout the ball pit, trampolines and the even the smaller section with slides. The young worker I approached about it said there was nothing she could do. Noticed the little jump and duck area was empty so brought my toddler there, it wasn’t on becaus no worker there, once we walked in 3 kids come running in and manually moving it around themselves. Going WAY too fast and knocked my son into the net and proceeded by hitting my head while trying to get us out. I understand that kids can be wild but no workers cared to control the chaos . After that I asked the blonde girl who checked us in for a refund for my 3 year old and my half off parent band, (still was going to let my older kids play) as we weren’t able to even play , and she said there was no one on site that could help us with this. Sadly I decided to spend MORE money and purchase credits for arcade, only after did I realize how many were out of service. Tried to play the ball game for him and you could only move the crane back and fourth not to left or right. Was told it was a separate company and I couldn’t get a refund 🤦🏻♀️ Then tried to take him to the sweets machine and almost EVERYTHING was sold out. Tried to get dip and dots at the cafe , also sold out. It was just such an awful experience and nothing was done to rectify it, in the slightest. And no, it wasn’t too busy. Because there was plenty of seating. That’s what me and my toddler got to do with our 30 dollars worth of wrist bands… sit down and listen to the kids cuss and spit on the dunk trampolines. Save your money and just bring your kids to...
